Delivery on time everything inside the box no missing parts. Installation is simple, took less than an hour. The instruction is very clear, we have city water and the smell of chlorine is strong, the color of the water is a bit yellowish too. Using this RO system, we enjoy clear good tasting water without the chlorine smell.

Water flow was not good upon initial installation. Called the company and followed their instructions to do some diagnosis by checking on each stage of the flow and concluded that the outflow on the final stage got issue. Got a replacement filter and the problem was gone. 5-star to the company and their tech team!

I installed it myself over the course of about an hour and a half with aid from both the included manual and the youtube videos - it's really not difficult if you follow this method.

The water tastes delicious! True enough it's only been installed for a week, BUT what a difference! Like another reviewer, I almost didn't even click on this one because it didn't have very many reviews (low 20's) and am SO GLAD I did! This unit was purchased to replace an old malfunctioning Culligan RO and I'd forgotten how fabulous RO water tastes.
