Installed this 3-stage with no problem. One leak initially, however, used a little extra Teflon tape and took care of it. Added UV sterilizer from iSpring.Am filtering well water (with septic system) - didnt want RO system due to water consumption. Works great. Had water tested previous to install and had lead at low end of safe limits. Re-tested after install and lead is negligible.

Our son purchased a new home and the water quality was not the best. We read the reviews and comment an decide to purchase this water filtration system not only to improve the water but also to reduce the plastic waste from the water bottles being used. The systems was easy to install and was done in a very short period of time. Now my son has water I can feel confident about and a sytem that will give him quality water for his health. I like the sytem so much I purchased a second one for my own home. Thanks NICK for this product support.

We wanted to improve our drinking water quality but did not have enough space for a reverse osmosis system. Therefore, we choose this 3 stage water filter. This one was really easy to install and didn't take much under sink space. Final result, the water tastes great.

As far as Im concerned, most water filters using carbon particles to filter the water. However, the carbon used in those filters are of much lower quality than the carbon that can be formed into carbon blocks. I like the idea that the manufacturer uses double carbon block to maximize the filtration performance.

This filter system swaps out of my Woder inline filters 8 months ago which clogged in a year instead of stated 3 years. With two carbon blocks, it actually filter twice efficient than woder 10k, and the sediment filter on the first stage help extend the carbon life. For my situation with tap water at 220ppm, These filters have lasted 8 months before the pressure drops and it is necessary to replace the cartridges. Most important is that the water taste much better than woder 10k, which i dont think is good for drink after the comparison with this wc31 system.

I live on a super fund cleanup site. None of my friends will drink my water. I used to get water delivered. Bad idea. Really inconvenient. The company I was using always got my order wrong, and overcharged me (Alhambra). Also having your own filter is better for the environment. I have had my US31 for 4 years now. I have had to replace the filters of course, and one part that ispring gave me for free even though its past warranty. They have great customer service. I have never been on hold with them. They always seem motivated to give me the best deal possible. I am pleasantly surprised that the inexpensive filter is actually really good. I think they are a family owned.

Great tasting water! System is one of the most streamlined looking faucets out there. The included faucet matches our kitchen faucet nicely. My husband was able to install himself. Thanks Nick!

We've had this installed for 9 months and I couldn't be happier. It was easy to install and outputs delicious water. The large tank means that we can use the filtered water for our family of six and not run out. Spigot is slick looking as well!
