The setup was a breeze and my water and ice now taste great. The tank fills quickly and the faucet looks very nice aesthetic and is obviously of great quality. Support was great and I’d of course rather that I didn’t have to have contacted them but after I installed mine it made a strange noise like an air compressor pulsing bursts of air type sound. I knew that couldn’t have been right and I contacted support. They took care of me in a timely manner and sent an new head unit to make the change a breeze for me. I don’t think this is an indication of the quality of the product as it seems really well built and I’m sure it was just a fluke sometimes things happen. Especially after reading all positive reviews here. I found that support is responsive and they stand behind their product which is important. My new unit is perfect and I’d definitely recommend this set up to anyone. My only regret is not having done it sooner. If I was to be critical of any one piece of the whole component it was the drain saddle. Everything else on the install is installed to the tubing with these great quick connects. The drain saddle had a different type of connection that I had difficulty getting the tubing to lock in and it be able to be tugged out. This could have been user error but I solved that by buying a 5 dollar drain saddle I found here on amazon that had a tubing quick connect. I wish they had included one like that with the product but not enough of an annoyance to detract from a five star review.

seems to be a quality system with simple install, i installed it in the garage and snaked the lines through the wall behind the fridge for cleaner drinking water and the ice maker. water/waste ratio seems to be pretty good a lot better then most systems and even better so with the boost pump

Great system, very nice fit and finish, came with all the hardware to install. Got a water test meter and my tap water was at 650ppm and this system filters it down to 24ppm. Makes me feel so much better we have clean water for my family to drink and cook with. Highly recommended. I did have an issue with the shipping of my system but their customer service was great and got the problem resolved asap!

This worked out great! The instructions are clear and easy to understand. You need the following tools: adjustable wrench, Phillips head screwdriver, electric drill, 1/4 inch drill bit. I had a sink with a pre-drilled hole for the RO faucet but if you dont have that, you will need to drill that yourself. This took me about 3-4 hours to set up. You will also need an additional few hours to run water through the system and flush out the reservoir tank before you can drink the water. Once it is set up it is easy to use, silent, and produces high quality water, I love it!

Two day delivery, product came as described. Included a water leak detector which wasnt listed, but a bonus. Easy to install and up and running in about 1 hour. The documentation was clear to understand and made the installation effortless. No leaks or issues. Great Customer Service follow up on asking about their product, Definitely worth the money spent.

This unit is amazing. When set up properly you can really see some amazing results. I purchased a PPM(PartsPerMillion) tester shortly after getting this to find out how much better this. I tested a sample cup of water straight from faucet and it read 985ppm of crap in the water. Right next to it I had a filtered glass of water from the unit and it read 22ppm. So with these amazing results I went and got a few of the most common store waters. Well folks this thing will make your water cleaner than an overpriced 3 dollar water bottle... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILY

After years with my old RO system, the pump had died. When I compared the cost of the pump and filters from my old manufacturer, this new system cost 10% more. Installation video was not professional quality but clear and informative. I had the old one out and the new one in in 20 minutes. The hardest part was removing the old valve.
