It was bought over a month ago and up to now its been working perfectly. I searched and compared many brands before I made the order. And it was delivered in two days. It appeared to be made of well quality material, nice and durable. I read the instructions carefully and looked through the reviews online. I recommend watching the video of installation on the youtube, quite helpful. It was amazing when finished without any leaking at all. Now its been working well and silently for over a month. Our family are all happy with it. The water tastes nice and soft, especially great for making coffee and tea, even we use it when making soup!

Just replaced my old filtration system with this Ispring system, and also purchased a TDS tester for quality, and I was totally amazed with the results. The installation was easy (maybe since Ive installed a couple in the past). I 1st tested my tap water and it was 461 ppm (not close to anything i want my family to drink). I then tested a bottle water sample to know where i want my range to be and it was 41 ppm. Once installation, purge and tank drain completion, i tested the I spring water sample and it tested 27 ppm. This is a great system and i love the fact that it makes better than bottle quality water. I will repost any changes later.

 This system is really great. Produces great tasting water and is really easy to install. Their customer service is phenomenal and Nick who worked with me was amazing to work with! I cant say enough about the quality of the water produced and the ease of installation.

Purchased this about 1 year ago. Super easy to assemble and install. Not a single problem or leak so far. Love the included dedicated faucet. The water and ice taste perfect. Use it for drinking water, coffee, connected it to the ice maker, ultra-clean drinking water for our cat, and also use it to mix impurity-free saltwater for water changes in our reef aquarium. Also was able to easily put in a custom manual bypass valve on the "waste" water output. Ran an extra 1/4" line from there to a bank of 5-gallon water jugs in the basement. So we reuse the waste water (which isnt really "waste", just excess from filtering, still pretty clean just not as pure as the filtered water) for things like watering plants, washing cars, topping off the outdoor goldfish pond, sometimes laundry, and any unused excess gets poured back down into the well for re-filtering and reuse. One of the most useful purchases weve made for the house. Absolutely love it.As a side note, the impetus for purchasing this filter is that there were traces of nitrates in our well water. Without the filter, our TDS reading is 113, which is still ok compared to municipal water. After the iSpring, TDS drops to 21 and nitrates are completely eliminated. Pretty sweet.

 Bought this ro unit to replace expensive bottled water delivery. What a great experience so far. Installation was very simple. The kit includes everything you need to do the install with a few extra parts of needed. Took about 1 1/2 hrs start to finish, then about 1 1/2 hrs to fill tank for flushing. Another 1hr we were drinking H2O! The quality of the water is outstanding with the 6 stage kit we have. Our transition from bottled spring water to this sustainable alternative was quick and easy. We’ll be saving $70 a month!

It is everything I hoped it would be so far. I installed it a few weeks ago and everything is looking good. I decided to install the unit in the cellar just below the kitchen sink area. This would free up the area under my sink and the water would always be a little cooler from the tap. There are just two 1/4" hoses against the back wall so I lost virtually zero usable space in my cabinet. Changing filters will also be easier. I knew the supplied hoses would be a little short for this set up and wanted compatible hoses so I just ordered the iSpring 20 ice maker kit and that did the trick.I was a little leery of the quick connect hoses but they seem to work fine. I read the instructions and watched a YouTube video before I started and then referred to the instructions as I went along. A little common sense and everything was pretty easy.To be safe I purchased the unit with the integrated boost pump as I am off well water and sometimes my pressure varies. I read reverse osmosis systems work much better with the required pressure. I also decided to go with the sixth remineralization stage that adds minerals back in so I would have bottled water quality instead of flat tasteless water. The tank hold about 2.5 gallons of water net and the pump is almost silent.The components all seem good quality and the included brush nickel faucet seems heavy and well built with good handle action. Great product so far. Really love being able to drink clean water again. We have this unit hooked up to two different refrigerators. Easy to install, great tasting water and clear ice. Previously had a Watts system and this was easier to install.

The reverse osmosis work just fine, I would recommend this to anyone, this model works extremely well on a low pressure such as well water systems.... I did the installation video if anyone would like to watch it.......... on YouTube.......
