Easy install, makes great tasting water, fast recovery, and no leaks. 1st filter housing is clear so you can see when sediment filter is due for a change. To save space under the kitchen sink, the unit was installed in the basement utility room. RO water pipe was extended to 4 parts of the house; basement sink, kitchen sink, master bath, and refrigerator with pipe routed in the crawl space. 1/2" PEX pipe was used for RO pipe runs to limit pressure drop over longer distances. Valves on both ends, using a Sharkbite 1/2" PEX barb X 1/4" compression stop valve for transition to 1/4" plastic tubing to RO faucet. Purchased 2 additional RO faucets for kitchen and basement sinks. Added a low point drain in RO pipe in case the system needs to be drained.

Great product, faucet is really nice (way better than expected), it looks and feel like a $100 faucet. Water quality & taste is awesome. We are on a well with tannin and salt in the water and this RO unit does a really good job at filtering these out. We drink a lot more water now that it tastes great!!! Should have bought this a long time ago.

Great customer service. We installed the system and the next day the faucet started leaking. I called and left a voicemail, they called back within a few hours and sent out a new faucet right away. No problem with the new one they sent. I love the taste of the water. The system works great!

Water with no chemical taste of other substances. Reverse Osmosis water is as clean as you can reliably and inexpensively get. We use it for drinking, cooking, pet watering, house plants and outdoor potted plants to limit the chemical buildup. The system was easy to install with directions if you have some plumbing skills. If not, a plumber should be able to install it in less than two hours if you also install the optional ice maker kit. It will fit in a normal sized kitchen sink cabinet if you are willing to sacrifice that space. We opted for the basement directly below the kitchen. Our installer was happy with that decision because of the easy access to the plumbing. The days of good tasting water are here.

This has been excellent!. I have had several RO systems and really like this one. It is quality, installation was a breeze and did not leak. My only compaint is the flow rate out of the faucet is too slow. I increased pressure in the tank and it did not seem to increase flow from faucet. I think the tubing is too small. But overall it is excellent!

I have to clarify that I have not purchased this unit. However, I am looking at this unit and wanting to possibly purchase it. I already have a system that I am using (Whirlpool WHER25) and have had it for 3 plus years, and I am very disappointed in it and I am in the process of getting rid of it and getting a different one- It is for this reason that I am writing this review. I want to know how long the RO Membrane lasts in this system- if anyone knows. I would be so appreciative for this, and when I purchase this I will update this review. I hope I can do this review this way. I dont know any other way to ask about the RO membrane with this unit.8-20-16: Received the 7 stage iSpring RO water filter last week. It is much bigger than the Whirlpool WHER25 that we removed. It would not fit under our sink- maybe our sink is smaller than most, who knows. We decided to install it in the garage- putting the 3 gal storage tank under the filter, and using the existing old tank we had still under the sink for added storage capacity and pressure. So far just 1 day into installation and we love it. TDS of our house water is 515, while TDS of the filtered water is 7 (See pictures). Extremely easy to install- even after having to plumb our PEX under that house. In the end, it has worked out fine. Very pleased- lets hope it stays that way.
