I replaced my old GE RO water filter when I was relocated to the Netherlands a few years ago. The old system was OK, but it was very unpractical and tedious to replace the 3 filters. Then got the RO500 model from iSpring. It really enoy the space-saving and the simplicity of the filter replacement. In NL one is worried about the nitrates & water taste. These unit provides my family with safe cleaned tasty water for aobut 1year. Last month while replacing our kitchen sink, the unit broke down. I contacted ISPring and Francis (Cust Serv) immediately reacted to me and send us a replacement unit. Considering that I am stationed overseas, I could not believe their great & fast service. I installed it and it's' working perfectly. I am so please with this product's quality and the company's support that I recommend it to anyone that likes to drink cleaned safe water. You cannot go wrong . Thank you Francis and iSpring!

I have an RO500 connected to a T11M tank which produces a high flow rate for filling containers and 5-gallon water bottles. The system has worked great for just about 3 years. Recently Nick, in iSpring service, helped me make a minor adjustment. iSpring's products and post-sale support a superb.

I would like to give a big shout out to Francis for providing excellent service. I purchased my RO500 system through Amazon last month. Then later found out it was not working when installed. Francis was very prompt in providing answers back to my request. Then shipped me a brand new unit to replace my original unit. The system is now working flawless and I am more extremely satisfied with the customer service Francis had provided. Will definitely recommend the product to friends and family.

We have had this system for 2 years and have absolutely loved it! OToday I was so impressed with the customer service provided by Nick over the phone. He was knowledgeable, gracious, and answered my question in under a minute. And there was no wait time for the call to be answered! Fantastic product, fantastic service! 6 out of 5 stars!

Our municipality uses well water, so our water is extremely hard (~400 TDS). We love the fact that this filter is very clean looking, easy to install, low amount of wastewater, and with the integrated pump, it does generate a high enough water pressure that it can feed the ice maker and the water dispenser in our fridge through nearly 20 feet of hose. I found out that iSpring started offering the same unit with an alkaline filter (that puts back into the water to beneficial minerals that the RO process removes). Fortunately, after consulting with the sales team, I found out that the only difference between the two units is the 3rd stage filter. So by ordering the alkaline 3rd stage filter, we were able to "convert" our system to the alkaline model. We are currently using the filter for all of our ice, drinking water, and for cooking.

This unit is perfect if you don't have alot of room under your sink. It was easy to hook up and I had filtered water very quickly after initial setup. I like having the TDS monitor on the faucet. Filters are easy to change out and the unit lets you know when time to replace. Highly recommend this unit.

Love this system. My wife, cat, parrot, two one hundred pound dogs and myself drink this water. As you can imagine we drink a lot of water between all of us and have never had any issues. We are on a community well and the water quality is always concerning. We don't worry about the water with this system it always taste great and it takes up half the space as a normal storage tank system.
