My husband and I purchased a ispring ph100 system and we are so happy with our decision. Installation was a breeze. The water has a great taste and has helped increase my intake of water, it has even helped me reduce the amount of soda I drink. We ordered our system from Amazon we had some problems with customer service and getting used product from them. When we contacted ispring directly they were extremely helpful in helping in every way they can, Francis was an incredibly helpful and nice.

I have installed two of these PH100 units in my home and my parents. Top quality units and great tasting water. My parents often say that this was the best Christmas present ever. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I did a fair amount of research before buying the PH100. We had tried a few other simpler filters (Zero Water, etc.) and found them to be too much hassle. So far my experience with iSpring and this unit, has been great. I had a few small hiccups during install, but support was tremendous in helping me to resolve them (wrong color faucet). Their manuals and videos made the installation straightforward. For ease of access, I installed our unit in the basement below and ran all of the lines up through the floor. We have farmhouse sink, so it would have fit, but filter replacement may not have been as easy.

I installed this this past weekend. I am a Hvac tech, so I work on stuff and install equipment for a living. It was easy to install but, I can see how it may be frustrating for the average homeowner. The instructions didnt exactly match my system. The video I found didnt either. The flavor is okay but I still prefer Ice Mountain, just a preference. Nick

I recently installed a water softener. I could really tell that my water changed after that. The taste was undesirable. I bought this filter by iSpring and… wow. There are few things that you buy and have such a profound improvement on your every day experience. Obviously, the water you drink is one of those experiences. This filter significantly improved the taste and quality of my water. I feel safe drinking from it and truly satisfied by the taste.

I was excited to receive my new PH100 Reverse Osmosis water system. I watched videos online to ensure I set it up correctly. Unfortunately once I got everything hooked up and let the system charge up the flow of water coming from the tap was very week. I contacted iSpring customer service and was helped by Francis who sent me new parts to get my system working properly. My PH100 now works great thanks to the help from Francis.
