Ive had the iSpring RCC7 reverse osmosis filter for about a month. Installation was easier than other systems Ive installed, mainly because of the hardware included and the very clear instructions & online videos. I had a minor issue with the unit making a strange noise, and the iSpring guys sent me out a replacement part. The faucet is unobtrusive, easy to use and just happens to perfectly match my regular sink faucet. Im really happy with the amount of water it produces and the flow rate.

I bought the 5 stage iSpring system a year ago after trying different water faucet filters from several brands available at home depot.wallmart but this really brings a good quality filtered water and quiet affordable if you compare to other 5 stage systems if you live in a area where the water pipes are not that new even if you water company makes sure that you receives a good quality water youll see the real difference once you install the filter it gets rid of flouride and every other metal or chemical released in your area either by accident or not, after almost a year of continung use the filter stainless steel faucet started leaking and just a simple email solved the problem I got in touch with a costumer support representative named Joshua DeRosa and with my order number he was able to help me and a new replacement faucet was sent inmediately after 3 days I was enjoying my filtered water again and now almost a year later Im planning to replace stage 1,2,3 filters just to play safe and extend the life of my membrane filter ,really recommend this filter just follow instructions and watch a iSpring youtube video to follow the details and avoid wasting time

This filtration system is well worth the price as I had severe eczema and required purified water to wash my face (my immune system is silly). I could tell when it was working because my eczema was not as bad. The system is fairly easy to put together; just make sure you label which direction to unscrew the housing cylinders for filter replacements, and the order of the cylinders. The cylinders are meant to screw fairly tightly for a good seal against water leaks, but that also means I needed to hold the system from the top for a grip and subsequently screwed one cylinder tighter instead of looser, wondering why it wasnt coming loose. Consult the manual if in doubt. Other than that, Ive had no issues with the system, and Ive replaced the filters a few times. Put something down like a few towels or plastic laundry bowl when first hooking it up to check for leaks. I also change the filters in the bathtub after disconnecting from the tank as there will be a lot of water in the cylinders. Their service support team is also great (calling you out Josh!) as they follow up to see if you have questions or need help.

Replaced a 9-year old system (another brand) wth this iSpring 5-Stage.this one seems quieter, and more effective. Water tastes great and makes great coffee! Had occasion to talk to Josh at iSpring customer service. He was extremely helpful, as well as easy to deal with.

The filter system not only provides great tasting water but I think we've been able now to save a bit of money since our household used to go through store bought 5 gallon water jugs very often. Installation took a bit of time.

LOVE this RO system. This is the third RO system Ive had in my home, and the first one weve been able to install ourselves. The previous other two were complicated and only lasted 6-7 years. This one was really simple to install, and came with easy to follow directions. The faucet is BY FAR the nicest one Ive ever had. Love how it can be turned from a slow trickle to a fast stream. The water tastes great too! I couldnt be happier. Im so glad I made the switch to iSpring!!
