I am very happy with the iSpring 6 stage filter system. It was easy to install as well as surprising with all the push fittings I had no leaks. The pump is very quiet and cannot be heard from under sink. The water tastes amazing. 5 stars from me. And I have passsd on the info to my friends and associates to definitely invest in this system.

The water tastes really good much better than any bottled water. It is been hard to keep it from leaking and maybe that is our problem.

Great filter with very good flow. Our water went from many hundreds of ppm(parts per million) contaminants to just around 12ppm.

Easy to install. Great quality. Follow the directions and do an initial flush of first 3 filters to get residual charcoal out of filters before you hook up to the RO membrane. Water taste great.

The system is working flawlessly and has been for the past 2 year. Water comes out is clean and tastes great, without the chemical or chlorine taste found commonly at public water drinking fountains. Recommend.

Great system! Conducted a blind test using bottled water and RO water with my wife and the new RO water wins every time!

The tank leaked. It took some time to stop it.

I bought this about a week ago, had some problems, yet couldnt be happier with my purchase. Let me explain. I installed this system, flushed lots of water through the system and pressure tank, yet I wasnt impressed to say the least in the taste of the water. It had a kind of weird bite in the back of your throat and didnt taste right... The water from the fridge filter seemed to taste better in fact than the water from this RO filter. The Problem: I described the weird mouth feel and sharp taste above, but there were other issues. I would watch this white substance flow out of the tab and collect on top of the water, and later settle onto the sides of the glass, leaving a white residue behind(I have included a picture with this review). Customer Service: The customer service from this company is in fact STELLAR. I had two different people contacting me. One named Helen and one named Claudia. Both were equally helpful. Trouble Shooting: Both women had some trouble shooting techniques. Both seemed to agree without talking to one another that it had to be either the post membrane charcoal filter, or the post membrane pressure tank. Since nothing could get through the RO membrane, it had to be one of those two. The first step that was suggested was to bypass the post membrane charcoal filter, which I couldnt do at the same time of keeping the pressure tank in the water circuit without a three way t. The other troubleshooting step was to turn off the valve on the pressure tank and see if the taste of the water improved. Right away, I noticed a marked improvement. The water tasted smoother, looked more clear, and was much improved. This and another step let me know it was indeed the pressure tank that was the culprit. Their Remedy: They have mailed me out a new pressure tank right away. Basically no questions asked, they are just sending it. They did not ask for a credit card for shipping, etc. TDS Readings: Since having this issue, I bought both a TDS meter, and a PH meter to help me trouble shoot. The TDS reading of the RO water with the pressure tank turned off is 23 The TDS reading I have seen WITH the pressure tank in the system is 40 The TDS reading of the tap water was 383 The TDS reading of the water after the filter in the Refrigerator is 370 The TDS reading of tap water ran through a Brita piture is 270 PH Readings: The PH of the tap water is 7.6 The PH of the RO water is 7.1 One problem: I really do not like the John Guest, quick connects. They are prone to leaks if there is pressure put on one of those 1/4 inch poly tubes. Tip on John Guest fittings: You have to push the tubes in a total of about 1/4 inch. You will push it in 1/8 of an inch and it will stop, making you think it is seated. You then have to twist the tube, and push it in 1/8th of an inch more for a total of 1/4 inch. See the video review and step by step instructions below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4zkngu1_CM Summary: Even though I have had problems, I am almost completely satisfied with my purchase from this company.
