I was in the market for a RO water system and did a lot of research. At first I called several local water companies and they were charging over $500 for the system and installation. I was very discouraged by the installation because it seems so confusing. After many hours of research I decided on this system because based on the reviews and articles Ive read it had the best filter performance and the cost of replacement filters werent too expensive. And the most important part was that it wasnt that hard to install. I installed this all by myself while my husband was at work. I didn't mount the filters I just left it on the side because it was just an awkward angel for me to drill holes in our cabinet. We've been using this system for the past couple of months and we love it. The faucet is also beautiful and matches our main kitchen faucet.

Our well tested positive for Coliform bacteria and we were told that we would need to basically have it re-drilled because it is getting ground water in it. I tried shocking it and other things and the Coliform would always reapear. I decided to give this a shot and was surprised how easy it was to set up. I had my water tested at the lab after installing this filter and it is Coliform free! Very happy I purchased this!

So far so good. The system has only been installed for a few weeks so we will see as time goes on. Installation was straight forward except the water supply valve that attaches to the existing tap faucet supply did not fit (different type of threads I believe). Fortunately I had already bought the parts necessary to hook it directly into a supply line. Great system for our cottage drinking water needs. I highly recommend the system with the pump if you have any water pressure issues. With the pump, the tank refills in about 1.5 hours from dry.

I have zero plumbing experience and was able to follow the instructions easily. The entire installation process took me about 2.5 hours but that was because I had to start by cleaning under my sink and I took my time making sure everything was connected properly and I added a Tee connection to run a line to my refrigerators icemaker and water dispenser. My countertop already had a hole drilled into it from a previous spray nozzle which is now integrated into our sink faucet. The startup instructions were also easy to follow once installation was complete. It took about 6 hours or so to finally get clean, bubble free water through the system due to all the filters needing to be purged of air, the tank needing to be flushed out and the RO filter having to do its thing to filter the water. Once the system was fully flushed and we were getting clean water out it has been used consistently every day of the last month without issue.

This is the second RO System I have ever installed and I barely had to read the instructions on this one it was so simple. Quality is impressive and configuration of filters is compact and very easy to access. This is a well thought out system. Took me about 2 hours to install at a very steady pace. The faucet quality is really quite premium too. Once installed there were no leaks at all and I just turned on the water and it all started to work. One accessory that was included that I really liked was the leak alarm. Very nice addition! Needless to say after performing initial drain we tasted the water and it was as our water should be. I havent test the ppm yet but will over time. I think I have found my RO system of preference.

Instructions were good helped by utube video. Water prior to going to unit tested at 147 ppm and 18 after going through the filters.

I can confirm today after receiving my PPM tester that the water quality is far better than tap or Britta filtered water. Tap water was reading 274ppm. Britta filtered was was 220ppm and the Ispring RO filter system water reading is 13ppm. I recommend this unit for its quality, value and easy installation. I have it connected to my home furnace central humidifier as the filter was getting clogged with white coloured powered minerals. No longer with 10ppm water quality. I will also branch off the delivery line and feed my fridge and new sink faucet once installed. Great product! I recommend getting the spare filters with PPM meter. The meter took about 4 weeks for delivery but you can check other suppliers with quicker delivery times.
