My father bought me this RO500 unit as a gift. The water in the city I was living in smelled like a swimming pool. I moved to the country and the water is yellow and smells like rotten eggs. In both cases my TDS went from several hundred to less than ten. No smell, no worries, just crystal clean water. I have also talked with customer service to discover CB and CA filter are interchangeable, they were great with my inquiries. I have since purchased UV11-A and highly recommend it as well. Thank you iSpring and thank you Dad!!

The water pressure is really low. The pressure in my residence fluctuates from 75 to 80 pounds, indicating that it is not from the public system. I wish I had bought a higher-output system. Water nearly dribbles out.

Ok, water flow is good, but it is insane to be waiting more than minute every time we use it to get purified water. It is kind of tired.

I don't have any problem with the system, I like it, but please add stock as soon as possible. I can't find replacements any where. I don't want to reach the company every time I need to replace the filters.

Does not make anywhere near 500 GPD. 500 GPD number is false advertising. Keeps turning off every 20-30 min after continuous operation and requires a manual restart. Overengineered product. Please explain here how do I connect your machine so it makes at least 200 GPD without manual restarting and "membrane rinsing".

Water taste is bad and the water flow is reaaaaally slow. I was waiting for high quality water. Doesn't worth the money.
