I've been using the product for a little over a month now and have been quite happy with it. The water it produces is very nice and drinkable. As for installation, after watching the video a couple times, I felt I could easily do it myself after buying a step-bit to drill a new hole in my sink. The only snag I ran into was that whoever was assembling it pushed a piece of tubing too far into a T-connector causing water to not flow once I turned the system on. After tracing the water flow through the system, I found the problem and corrected it using some of the spare parts that were sent. Other than a slight QA issue on the assembly, which really wasn't that big of a deal with just the slightest of know-how, I'm extremely pleased with this unit.

We are very happy with this reverse osmosis system (PH100) and very satisfied with the assistance from Nick at iSpring company. When someone from a company answers (Answers!) the phone and talks you through installment patiently and expertly, you know you've found a gem, a company that cares about their products. Nick was calm, clear and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Our water tastes great now, and has minerals added back in from the included filter. Also, I was buying distilled water for my humidifier (due to a white dust settling on everything from my well water) now I can use it from the tap with no residue at all. Great to find a company I can recommend wholeheartedly!

Bought from Amazon as mint condition but packaging would not be new. Turns out it had been sold previously and was missing parts. The manufacturer immediately sent the missing parts and replacement filters - no charge.

Our 18 year old RO system needed to be replaced. The cost to do so through the company that originally installed it was almost $1000. Instead, we opted to purchase this unit, after reading all the reviews and features. It arrived quickly, and we installed it the same day. It was easy to install. However, we noticed a very small bubble leak between 2 of the stages. We contacted the company and worked with Francis. She was very responsive, and had us a replacement part within a few days. We were very impressed with the service! And, we will likely go directly to them for replacement filters when they need to be changed. Please note: when installing the system, be sure to open up the cylinders and remove the packaging from the filters. Nowhere in the directions does it mention this. We installed the whole thing before realizing that the factory installed the filters with the plastic packaging still on. I've mentioned this to them, so hopefully, they'll update their installation guide. Thanks again, Francis, for your help!

This is my first water filtration system and I am loving it. It was easy to install thanks to the video that was suggested. I had to \flush\" the tank like 3 times in order for the white stuff that comes out at first since it is new

Easy installation, with GREAT supporting YouTube factory step by step installation video, as well as booklet. I also needed to contact customer support for a couple of questions before my purchase, and again after receiving the product. Had GREAT support from Francis before my purchase to answer my questions, and then Don and Richard after my purchase and the product had arrived. Got clear concise responses in all cases. My installation required some additional fittings which were promptly shipped out to me.

The installation can be very simple if you can mount underneath the sink, we installed ours in the basement about 10' from the kitchen sink which required a bit of extra plumbing. The system itself was simple to assemble though.
