The water tastes FANTASTIC. Initially there is a lot of air in the water which makes it look cloudy but clears up after the first fill of the tank.

I have had RO systems in my home for over 20 years. This is my first experience with iSpring. After installing the system, the water quality was terrible with a TDS the same coming out as going into the filter system. I spoke with the customer service person and we agreed that the RO membrane was probably compromised. They sent a new membrane free of charge. While changing out the faulty membrane, I determined that the plumber and I had forced the original RO membrane into the housing crushing the end of the membrane and destroying the membrane housing. Totally my fault. I contacted iSpring again and offered to pay for the membrane as it was damaged by me and they refused payment. The representative advised me how to get a new housing. The system is back together and functioning perfectly. Not only is this the best and most efficient system I have owned, the customer service was amazing. Someone always answers the phone or on the rare occasion that someone does not answer the phone, they immediately return any call. For once there is a place that puts as much into their customer service as into the quality of their product. I can't recommend this filter enough!
