Ive owned two of these systems now, and have only good things to say about them! We recently moved to FL, and the tap water has a boatload of chlorine in our area (yuck!). Hooked up the system, and the water is coming out delicious and pure. I have a water tester and found that the PPM of the water dropped from upper 200s (out of the tap) to about 20 (coming from the filter). These guys have great customer service as well. An older version of this system had one part that had a tendency to fail. My other system had that part fail after the warranty period expired. I emailed iSpring, and they sent me the replacement part for free anyway!

I’m using well water, which it’s filtered through two whole house filters including a top of the line combination filter/water softener system. The water is great for showering, cleaning the car, etc., but has a salty/metallic taste. I purchased an inexpensive (cheap) reverse osmosis system and water quality didn’t change. I hesitated purchasing another reverse osmosis filtration system; because I wasn’t sure it was going to solve the issue and didn’t want to waste my money. After a few months, I decided to take the chance and purchase this iSpring filter and it completely solved the drinking water issue. Now we can drink the water straight from the filter and it taste just like clean, healthy water was meant to be. Installation was simple and didn’t have any leaks at all. As a bonus and I didn’t expect it, I received a battery (9 volts) operated water leak detector. I tested it by running some water on its sensor and it’s really loud. I highly recommend this filter.

The instructions and the YouTube video made the installation a breeze with no leaks at all. My water particulate meter dropped from 68 to 3. Im on city water and want to reduce fluoride and chlorine in my water. Highly recommended.

I have no plumbing experience but I was able to install it with the help of my son. We watched some customers videos and that helped too. We absolutely love the taste of the water. Doesnt really seem to affect our water bill either which I was a little worried about.

Fairly easy to install. Connectors are nice. Instructions are fairly simple and note oriented.I bought nuts and washers to fit the spigot unit snugly thru an existing big hole in my granite counter top. Instructions did not cover that. It became loose after a month and I had to hand tighten it again.Initial email and phone calls not answered. Phone reached someone a week later to replace an o-ring I ruined for a few dollars.

After what happened with Flint Michigans water supply i decided to take a more active role in the quality of my family drinks. I also wanted to save money and reduce plastic waste that is with bottled water; thats why I bought this RO unit. The installation video on YouTube made this task easy and was why I choose the iSpring.

 Purchased the iSpring RCC7P with booster pump. Pump is relatively low noise—just a low hum under the sink while it’s running. Easy install. We did have a small leak in the faucet which turned out to be a defective valve, but the company over-nighted a replacement right away. Product and water quality is excellent—TDS is way down and the water tastes great. Highly recommend.

Most of different RO systems are basically the same components. The difference with iSpring is their very good support if you have an issue.
