We encountered a problem during installation and called ispring. The CS rep asked us to send some pictures and short vidoe, T looked at those and identified the tubing that was switched, then talked us thru what was essentially a very easy fix without needing to get the plumber back. Amazing tech support from the company!

Quality components and kit was thoughtfully assembled - I was surprised that installation did not require a trip to the hardware store. All the lines are colour coded so it's a matter of following a really good full colour quick install guide.
