This is a good product. Have been using it now for several months and really like it. It installed well (not real easy but not bad) and didn't leak when installed. The faucet is good quality and holding up well and looks terrific. This is a very good product.

This was the 1st RO system that I ever installed, so I was a little hesitant on how the results would turn out. I am pretty handy so the installation of this water system was pretty straight forward. No issues doing the installation. We ran the system for a few hours, and everything worked to perfection. This purification system works great. I tested my water with a TDS meter and the results of the purified water were amazing. So, regular water coming out of my faucet tested at around 298ppm, pretty bad. I then tested the water coming out of my RO system and it was around 20ppm. That is pretty darn good. Excellent system, great price and easy to install.

This is a great filter. Pretty easy to install. Is does look like a lot when you open the box but not bad at all. They also offered some other discount. So it ended up be way less than original price. Everything was still new wrapped up. Couple of things about it. If going under your sink it does take up a lot of space. So don't expect to use your under sink space for much else. Then during the install make sure you wrap the valve on top the water tank with plenty of the thread tape. Good 5-6 wraps of it or you will have leaking. The push to fit fittings work easy just remember to push them all the way in. Give them a good push and then put the clip on. Do that and it won't leak. The water shut off valve that came with it didn't work right for my setup but at the blue box store they have an ice maker valve that fits right on the 3/8 valve and has the 1/4 push fitting. That fitting screws tight. No clips. The other thing is the faucet is good quality but after installed by the sink I didn't like all those faucets with my other high Arc faucet. It was too much. I removed it and put the soap dispenser back. I have mine just running to the refrigerator. Everyone gets their water from there anyways. Sonic you want great tasting water this is a must have!

The RO system works great, and tastes like bottled water. One minor issue on installing: the faucet is designed for a hole smaller than my pre-punched hole in my sink. I ended up drilling out a new 1/2" hole for the faucet, and leaving the old hole for my soap dispenser. Took me 1/2 day to install since I had to run to Home Depot for the drill bit, and I also had to fix my drain line on the sink that was falling apart from old age. I tested the water before and after with a TDS meter. Went from 440 to 40 PPM. Nice.

We hired a plumber to install the system for about the same price we paid on the system itself. The plumber installed it in about an hour, and it seems to be really easy. So we should've installed our self and save the money for something else. Anyways, the result was very impressive. Good tasting water, beautiful faucet, and a happy house wife.

Our family has been using this water filter system for almost two and half years. So far, we are pretty happy with this product. We tested tap water and filtered water with a TDS measuring tool, and the numbers are in big difference. One is 400, the other is like around 25. The taste is good too! Water filtered tastes kind of cool and sweet, much better than bottle water. I feel safe to fill the clean water to my kids water bottle!

It took me round 3 hours to install the system but I did a lot of double checking and leak checking and I believe I could fit one of these systems in less than 2 hours including the faucet drilling if I had to go it again. I also installed a new line to my fridge so that I had filtered water for ice cubes which is pretty important in Arizona - we use a lot of Ice here! The RO company wanted to charge me $1500 for a professional install!

First suggestion to other buyers. Don't cut any of your lines trying to make it look cleaner. You need to be able to pull the whole unit out for changing filters and you don't want to disconnect the lines to do so.. Second, there is an easily missed step where you need to disconnect one of the factory connected lines to clear out the carbon before running through the RO membrane. This was mentioned in the instructions, but not really obvious. I almost missed it.. Third. When you push in the lines and they stop, push again, harder.. They will go in another half inch. this will avoid the leaks at nearly every joint. The unit itself is high quality and the water tastes great. Im not a fan of the cheap plastic push together fittings and the top valve that goes on the pressure tank is a poor fit, so they say to wrap with teflon tape a zillion times.. to make up for a sloppy fit. I wrapped ten times and I still have a drip. Im normally very handy and have installed these before. I had a tight fit in my cabinet.. It took me about 4.5 hours to install. Had to go to home depot twice to get a new faucet connection. This was since I had a previous filter and was no longer needing the connector I was using.
