The unit is enormous. The water appears to be highly purified. The pump is fairly noisy and does not distribute water as quickly I suppose this is the price to pay for fast filter change.

Overall, the device operates okay, but I frequently find myself thinking that I am losing time in the long run because the dispensing water pressure is roughly half that of a tanked reverse osmosis system.

I was quite disappointed! After only two months of use, the system has begun to leak. I'm still collaborating with support to find a solution. My contractor found the directions to be straightforward and simple to follow. There are no complaints about the taste of the water. The system is really well thought out. Overall, I enjoy it, except for the leakage after just two months, which worries me.

I had an older 400 GPD system that I decided to replace with this one instead of doing a filter change. What a difference! The entire installation was easier than filter replacement for the old one with less water spillage (I just reconnected the tubes). Also, the water flow is visibly faster than that older 400 GPD version.Highly recommended!
