This is a wonderful unit just purchased along with the refrigerator accessory. They included a lot of extra connections that works greatly helpful. No leaks and system works great. I followed their YouTube video for installation which is was extremely helpful I would recommend it.

i have the worst water it kills all my plants.my garden is doing realy good now Im making 20 galls a day all I need to do is ad call mag back to the water my tomatoes are huge I also drink this water now I wouldnt before.i had a problem with my first system one phone call and parts were here in a couple days. they also have a very good rebuild program that is very affordable for systems out of warenty . my system is 3 years old working good still

We are very happy with this system. Water is crystal clear and has a great taste. I installed this system in my basement to save the room under my kitchen cabinet. I did the particle test to see the difference - we had 163 before this system was installed and now it is 4. Great product.

Very satisfied with the product, followed video on youtube on how to install the system. After install, i flushed the system 3x, there was a weird taste in the water, called ispring number, they answered right away and told me to flush 5x and was told to call back if the taste was still there, so I did, taste was still there and I called back, I was told that the tank might be the problem and they will send me a new one, soon as I got it, installed it, flushed it again, it taste 100% better. Water still taste great and thank you Nick for your email and wanting to make sure Im satisfied with the system.

Shipment came quick. My husband installed it with no issues. Water tastes great, and I have the peace of mind that Im drinking safe filtered water.

Working as expected. Watching suggested video made installation easy. Time wise it took about 90 minutes including watching video to install.

I have been using the iSpring system for over a year now. Im very satisfied with it. Water tests at 4ppm TDS. Installation was straightforward -- the included installation guide is clear and simple to follow. The faucet looks great and matches with my other fixtures. I also connected my ice maker to the system. I have peace of mind knowing that my family is drinking pure water. Also in winter time I use the filtered water in my humidifier which greatly extends the life of the wick. I didnt need anything from iSpring customer service but I appreciate that they emailed me shortly after the purchase to see how the installation went and if I needed any help.

What a great system. Our water went from smelly and undrinkable to tasteless and odor free just as water should be. Very happy with fit and finish of the system. Install was easy with great directions and even a video to watch. Installed myself in about an hour. It is great that a water leak alarm is included, just in case I screwed something up on install or something breaks down the line. I will be buying another one of the these systems to put at my parents house.
