Great system and easy to install. Water tastes great. Only complaint I have is that there are nuts on the back of the mounting plate that do not allow the plate to sit flush to the wall when you mount it.

The system is easy to install if you have the appropriate tools. It comes with teflon which is useful if you dont have it at home but you still need a couple of wrenches.In my case it came with a UK plug and Im in EU so I needed to change it (easy but needed some work on my side), I contacted the support and they are working to solve it for the next purchases.The water the system is filtering is really good, I checked the parameters and its pretty similar to the best bottled mineral water I was buying.The rejection rate in my case is 1:3, not a bad ratio at all.I would definitely recommend this system if you are looking for a DIY install system.

This product works beautifully. Love the leak/water detection system that comes with it. Alarm sounds if water is leaking: no guessing. The water is fresh tasting and just what I needed.

Took about an hour & a half to setup-instructions and color coded tubing really helped make it without a plumber. Very clear directions and the YouTube video helps a lot! Thank you!

Had it for about 2 months now and Ive been very pleased with the unit. No more filling and lugging 5 gallon jugs and buying bottled water.Very easy to install the tubing are color coded and the instructions even tho its a different model then the one i got, i was still able to follow without an issue. As expected the unit does take a lot of space.Took me about and hour to install thats with flushing pre-filter 2 and 3 plus waiting to fill the tank and emptying it again.Am glad i decided to get the version with the booster pump my ratio is between 1:2 and 1:3. My friend is just a few blocks from me, purchased one without the booster and his ratio is 1:4 or higher.When the pump turns on you will hear it at the start but after that you can barely hear it.City water supply PPM is around 150 and my output before the alkaline cartridge is 8 ppm. pH between 5-6.5. TDS meter and pH drops purchased on Amazon.I did have an issue with the alkaline cartridge not putting out minerals and raising the pH. Contacted support and CS was very helpful and in the end they sent me a replacement cartridge. Now my PPM after the alkaline cartridge is between 25-30 ppm and pH is just above 7. Maybe a defective cartridge.Only leak i had from was from the valve on the tank but that was from my doing. I just didnt do enough turns.As for electrical since we are renters i didnt want to mess with the electrical connection for the garbage disposal so i purchased a push button air switch for the garbage disposal and just leave the main switch on and luckily there was an extra hole that was plugged up on the sink to install the push button.

Ive been using this water filtration system for a little while now. So far so good. Im getting a TDS of 14. Water tastes good though. Cant complain. It was easy to install. You dont need to be a master plumber to set it up. Just watch YouTube videos then off you go. The materials used are good, not cheap looking. Highly recommended!

Could not be happier. I am now drinking more water because the taste is GREAT!My coffee is not no bitter and just a pleasure. Who knew?I had it installed by a handyman. It took about an hour and everythingso simple and straight forward. Love this unit and would highly recommendto anyone who wants better tasting water. BTW, I have tested 3 timesin the las 6 weeks and numbers are consistent and tremendously improved.The pump makes the water come out faster(not Niagara), however, excellentflow.

My husband watched the installation videos he found online. He installed it himself. It took three fills and drains but the water is clear now and delicious!!! Thank you for making a great system and great installation videos!

We live in an area of Florida where the water is extremely hard and filled with iron. We installed a water softener and use iron reducing salt and the water was great for normal use but still tasted weird so we purchased this product and now our water is awesome. I use it to drink about a gallon a day, plus we use it to provide water for all our animals and to cook with. You will be pleased with it.
