 Great filter system. It was pretty a straight forward installation. All the parts were there, good directions and pictures. The water is really good and I can use it as much as I want without any extra cost. I make ice, use it for cooking, GREAT WATER!I Spring is easy to work with and understands customer service.

The only issue is the Water pressure is too low. You need the additional pump.

We had a baby and wanted to make sure the water she would be consuming was pure. Treated city water still contains trace amounts of chemicals and I can taste the chlorine. So far this system is holding up well and the water taste great!

Make sure you install it correctly and youll be gold. I forgot to close the bladder when first passing water through. I then had to drain it 4-5 times to get rid of the residue that is in there. Other then that, its been great and I recommend it. Its good to have the clear filter to see when its dirty as well. Aces.

Upgraded from RCC7AK, decided to get an extra uv filter after watching the youtube video about add ons. The customer service was really helpful and patient. Very happy with he filtering capacity.
