The installation was relatively easy...just need to be careful with the color coded hose hookups or you will get some leaks...make sure the hose is pushed all the way in to a dead stop. Once in place you need to be patient with the time lapse to fill tank and get water flow going. Although I am okay with the water flow, my wife thinks that it should be more like the normal water faucet flow. I think its fine and the expense of the booster is not needed. Recommend if you have in mind to change the existing faucet that you take the opportunity to install the new faucet at same time that you are installing this product as you have to hookup the cold water line connection anyway. Water quality is excellent!!

works well, it does use more water , about 3 to 1 of waste water, than I expected. Depends on water pressure and water temp. Some advise: U have to cut the connecting pipes relatively straight across or they can leak, U have to push really hard to get them in all the way, push hard.! Other than that its a piece of cake.

Great filter system. It was very easy to install. The included faucet looks very nice too. Nick from customer service even followed up a week later to make sure we were happy.

We are so thrilled with this system. We no longer need to run to the store for bottled water. The water tastes great. The faucet in the sink makes it easy to fill our coffe and tea pot. We also have it hooked up to our refrigerator and ice maker. Nice! We tell everyone how happy we are with our system.

it works, mostly. i ordered this with the pump motor so it would refill the tank much faster. the problem is, the motor wont shut off for a very long period of time. it will shut off immediately when, after like 5 minutes, i hear it running and i go to quickly turn on and then off the water. Then for whatever reason, the motor stops. I asked the factory about this, and they didnt respond, so i was very disappointed in that. You may have a different experience however.

I purchased the iSpring RO to install under my kitchen sink to supply purified water to my sink valve and also to my refrigerator for clear ice and bottled water quality dependence from my fridge. I read good reviews on this product so I gave it a try, I can say Im very happy with its performance, quality, easy installation and price. (Was also impressed with the quality of the included faucet) was convinced it would be plastic, not the case. I would 100% endorse this product for the price and quality.

Wow. This is a great system. I love the taste of the water and feel so relieved that I am filtering out all of that chlorine. Dont spend hundreds on other systems because this one is awesome and you can add a reverse osmosis cartridge if you want to, so this is all you need! And the faucet it comes with is beautiful and the flow is very strong! It fits perfectly under my sink too. 10 thumbs up on this system!

It was an easy install and works as it should. I recommend watching the you tube install video at least twice before attempting to install it yourself

Very good piece of kit that does the job well. At first glance it looks very complicated, but once Id read the instruction manual I could see how each stage works and its actually very straight forward. And almost all of it comes pre-installed so theres very little tinkering to have to do - just installing some of the filters into the casings. The push fit pipes are very easy to fit together - do push them in very firmly though to prevent leaks. If you find any leaks once plumbed in, its easy to slip off the pipes blue locking ring, push the pipe into the joint further, then slip on the blue ring again which locks it in place. By far the best thing has been the customer service - extremely helpful and very quick to respond when I couldnt get the UV part working. Cannot fault the customer service. I recommend this product.

Very good value. Top notch product with everything included. Only criticism is I dont see the point of including 2 tiny machine screws for mounting - unless youre mounting to threaded holes in a steel plate thats kind of pointless but obviously no big deal. It did come with lots of connectors and spares which was an unexpected plus.
