would have given 5 stars.....but as others have said the installation instructions are a bit off. Beware to read through everything first. There are separate instructions that come with the "feed water adapter" showing the red tube coming out of it. NO NO and NO it should be the BLUE tube.. Also a template for mounting the filter bracket would be helpful. Other than that fast and easy.

Easy to install and great tasting water! I dont have to buy water bottles or fill up 3 gallon jugs again! The instructions really emphasize on checking and double checking system for leaks once installed. I had a couple leaks and they were easy to resolve.

The water tasted like the expensive bottled water you buy in the market. The installation of the system is very easy to set up. What more can i say? Except i dont regret buying this filter system.

I waited through the first filters before I gave a review of this product. It will be a short and to the point review. It was super easy to install. Follow the instructions and all will be fine. I did break a piece trying to install it, however this must be common because they sent an extra part within the original packaging. I replaced the part and all worked flawlessly. Absolutely as I expected. Once properly primed, and the water was drinkable I found it to be delicious and sweet! A bit surprising to me. I dont eat sugars so Im very sensitive to such things. This was over 6 months ago. No regrets at all!

I did a lot of research to find a substantial water filtration system that would remove most of the chlorine and most of the fluoride. Most other systems did not remove the fluoride. I liked the extra 4th filter each of the 4 doing its own specific filtration. The price was also good and the filter replacement cost was also reasonable. Prefer better than RO system that wastes a lot of water in the process. Far more cost effective than water distillers and much less to ship. Much more cost effective than having home delivery which is also inconvenient dealing with heavy bottles stored in plastic. After one week of use am very please with my purchase. Water tastes good. The primary instructions though was impossible to understand. However, I was informed by customer service that a new updated instruction had been completed and will be sent out soon with orders. There was a separate simple instruction included though and installation was not difficult at all. I read good things about the customer service and found the reviews to be true from the call I made.
