Installation video was very helpful and the steps were well documented in provided instructions. By all indications it is doing what it is supposed to be doing. Started with TDS about 400. TDS is 12 after installation. Water tastes and looks great. Purchased the iSpring digital TDS meter as well to monitor quality monthly. I am right at the limit that they recommend a pre-RO iron filter so I anticipate needing to replace the membrane a little sooner. No leaks and the included water leak alarm is a nice touch. The system appears to waste less water than the system it replaced which I attribute to having a pump. Using less water is a plus for my septic. Installed the drain saddle on a horizontal pipe as the instructions recommended, the system is so much quieter than the system it replaced, even with a pump!

This is a very very easy system to install. I was very please with the packaging and instructions. Everything arrived in perfect condition and any possible part you would need to do the installation is included. The instructions were easy to follow and the color-coding of the tubing made it very easy and fool proof. I did have one (major) leak, but it was my fault for not noticing the o-ring for the RO membrane had slipped off and into the cap. After seating the o-ring correctly (and mopping my floor) the system didnt have any leaks and it delivered crystal clear, good tasting water right out of the supplied faucet. Im very pleased with this purchase!

This was the 1st RO system that I ever installed, so I was a little hesitant on how the results would turn out. More to come on the results later. Anyhow, I am pretty handy so the installation of this water system was pretty straight forward. No issues doing the installation. We ran the system for a few days and noticed we had a slight issue with water taste which turned out to be a faulty water tank. Hey stuff happens. I worked with a support person named Corey and he was then best. He figured out what the problem was and in a couple of days I had a new tank. I installed the new tank and the water tasted great. This purification system works great. I tested my water with a TDS meter and the results of the purified water were amazing. So, water (city water, yuck) coming out of my faucet tested at around 312ppm, yep pretty lousy. I then tested the water coming out of my RO system and it was around 8ppm. That is pretty darn good and just for the fun of it I tested bottled spring water and it came in at around 3ppm. Excellent system, great price and excellent customer service.

after receiving a new pressure tank and returning the complete unit the second one is now working as it should and we are enjoying our RO water and ice from our fridge, I would now recommend this system

Booster pump works great with our lower water (well) pressure, and is nice and quiet. Its actually hard to hear if its on or not. Great customer service too! Couldnt be happier with our purchase.

Install took 2 hours because I dont have the right tools. Someone a bit more well-prepared than me would probably do it in half the time. The tubing feels rather cheap but the self locking mechanism seems to work well. No leaks so far. Its nice that they include all the hardware you need, but I wish they had included a direct connection to the source instead of a splitter. I had the option of connecting it directly to the water source but could not because the splitter would be open to nothing. Overall I love the product, the water now tastes great and the tank fills up enough water so I never have to wait.

After researching whole house water filtration and reverse osmosis systems for months we finally settled on the ispring. The installation was easy as I had read reviews it would be. It took my husband and I about 90 minutes to install the entire thing. we watched the youtube video thats part of the instructions and it was very easy. Dont spend money for a plumber unless you just dont have time to do it its seriously extremely simple to install. The water tastes delicious I imediately poured a glass of tapwater and a glass of the ispring water and tasted a huge difference! Im very happy with this purchase ! Cheers to clean drinking water!

could not be happier. everything included. extra small bag of parts....instructions very clear. i installed in basement ( unfinished ) beneath kitchen, as i didnt want to lose cabinet space. ice cubes are now 100% clear. the days of bottled water and trips to the recycle center are now over. cheers!
