The iSpring RO system was really easy to install. The packaging was clearly laid out and the instruction manual was great! Over the past week that I have had the system installed the water has been great tasting and free of the chlorine smell that has plagued our water. One con to the product was that some of the text on the filters themselves seemed to have been translated from Chinese.Overall I am very satisfied with the amount of water production. With the booster pump, the water tank is filled in about 20 min. There is plenty of water to make coffee, drinks, and cooking for our family of 5. I have noticed that coffee and tea does actually taste better with water that has the perfect balance of minerals and PH.The only leak that I have in my system is the incoming water port to the pump seems to be leaking. I have emailed support and they are working with me to get it fixed right away.

This is the best tasting water we have ever had. I would not call the setup easy but we had it up and running in about two hours (would be quicker for someone that has more experience.) I really appreciated the extra parts as they came in handy. The faucet is very nice looking. Very pleased overall!!!

Spectacular filtration system. I installed this in my kitchen sink with my fiancé. If youre willing to take an afternoon to do some tinkering, its really not hard to install.Weve been enjoying the delicious, crystal clear water from our filter for about 6 weeks now. I will NEVER go back to bottled water or a bubbler. Moreover, as a resident of Houston (which is surrounded by superfund hazardous waste sites, many of which were affected by Harvey), we are particularly thankful to remove a significant amount of potentially harmful chemicals that have been detected in the water here.Added bonus: the clarity of the water produced has also been noticeably beneficial for our espresso machine. Calcium and mineral buildup is no longer an issue.

This product is really amazing. I had tap water at about 480 TDS I wish I had bought one sooner. This product is really amazing. I had tap water at about 480 TDS PPM and this system gets it down to around 22. Once the tank is filled, I have plenty of water to drink, rinse off produce/dishes, or use when making pasta, which requires a lot of water. The difference in taste and quality is completely night and day. Advice: Unless you have never picked up a tool in your life, dont pay for installation. Its easy enough to do, the included instructions are thorough, and there are a lot of youtube videos you can watch with step by step tutorials. When setting up, make sure you apply Teflon tape to the metal bits and make sure you really make sure connections are tight. I had mid leakage at first with the line going to the main tank and with the source valve, but after shutting the system down, applying Teflon tape in places, and tightening, I have no more issues with any leakage. As far as drilling the hole in the sink, its easier to drill through stainless steel than you might think. I picked up a 14$ titanium bit and it did the trick fine (Make sure you lube up the drilling spot though). Anyways, this is an incredibly worthwhile purchase for me. My water no longer tastes like a chemical cocktail, and I couldnt be happier with the functionality of the system. Thank you iSpring for making an affordable and EFFECTIVE RO filtration system.

I just installed this and all appears to be working as it should. There was a short period after flushing the first tank of R/O water where the water appeared a bit cloudy with fine bubbles. It has since cleared. I contacted customer service about this and was answered promptly by Nick, who explained this was normal for a new system as it settles in and will disappear in a week or so.Glad I got the booster pump model as the system is installed in the basement with the tap upstairs in the laundry room... about 25 feet away.Customer service is refreshingly attentive and ready to answer questions. They clearly want their customers satisfied.

easy to install, just follow the video and take it one step at a time, the manual is good too, the system works a treat and we are most satisfied.

I have purchased 3 systems for my personal use and have recommended at least 5 others to purchase the system. This system is very easy to install and produces great tasting water. The maintenance is easy and the the company has videos online regarding how to install and change the filters. The company also has amazing customer service. I had a small issue with one of the tanks and they had someone work with me directly to find out what happened and were very helpful in resolving the issue. I highly recommend this system.

I installed the filter without too much trouble. The only real problem I had was the electrical power. I checked under the sink for an outlet before I ordered it. I have an dual outlet there; one half used by the garbage disposal. I assumed that the outlet had been installed by a competent electrician but I was mistaken. It turns out that both outlet halves are wired through the switch above the counter. That means my filter would only be powered when the garbage disposal is running. Theres no extra wires and its not easy to add more behind the wall and tiles. For now I am running an extension cord over the cabinet and into the space under the sink. This is unsightly and annoying but not the fault of iSpring.I took one star off because of the plumbing between the tank and faucet. The supplied tubing and fittings are 1/4" trade size. The small size slows down water flow a lot. It takes about 11 seconds to fill a glass of water and lots more for my coffee pot. Its annoying. Ive installed RO systems before. My first one had 1/4" tubing and was equally slow. The second one used 3/8" tubing and flowed much better; to the point that waiting wasnt an issue. iSpring, if youre reading this, please improve the flow from the faucet!

I just finished the entire installation and setup of my RO system (10/26/2017). Pretty amazing I must say. Today is Day 1 and I wanted to share some tips and tricks that I learned while installing my filtration system.1) It was a bit bigger than I expected. Not a big deal, still fits under the sink in my crappy Los Angeles apartment, but I had to temporarily remove a few drainage pipes to get everything in. (They all broke, stupid crappy apartment, and extended the installation till the following morning)2) The installation process is easy, but when youre inserting the hoses into each fitting, push a little harder and make sure you really feel them go in. At first I was afraid of breaking a fitting, so I was gentle with the connections. BIG MISTAKE. Make sure theyre all the way in the first time.3) If you get the kit with the booster pump, make sure you have an electrical box under your sink. I wrongfully assumed that I did, because I have a garbage disposal. Turns out that the disposal was hard-wired into and behind the wall. (I just cut and spliced the wires into it, shhhh, dont tell my apartment manager).4) Cloudy water. I was worried because the water coming out of the system is cloudy. Ive heard its because the alkaline filter comes dry and needs to be saturated for a bit. Perfectly safe to drink.5) Enjoy your clean water!Id like to keep this review updated as I continue to use the RO system. But as of Day 1, things are looking great!

Pretty straight forward to install. The only thing I didnt do properly the first time was insert the tubing all the way in so I had minor drippage around the filter but that was fixed pretty easily. I actually started using it to supply water to my planted aquarium after a few months of using it solely for drinking water. I was going to setup an RO system for the aquarium until I realized both use the same type of setup. So it serves like a dual purpose for me right now. I havent done any tests on it but its been pretty good. No complaints. Ill update once I have to change the filters. At least an update on the ease of filter change.
