Excellent system! Turns my 240 PPM TDS well water into 5-10 PPM delicious goodness! My only regret is not purchasing a larger storage tank at the same time.

Relatively easy install with good directions. System up and running with nice clean water. Hardest part was removing an only water faucet... the new one went in easy and is a nice piece of hardware.

I did not want to put another RO system in just because I have no time but after a very expensive quote from a local place, I decided to research and purchase one myself and make the time. Glad I did; I have purchased three units previous to this one and this is by far a more superior product. Very detailed instructions with color coded water lines, reasonably priced and the technical support is great. Plus the faucet is much better quality than any previous RO system I've used. In fact my last system required an upgrade to the one that comes with this unit standard.

Very easy to install. Fit together without any leaks on the first try. Took me about 1 hour to install with minimal tools. All I needed was an adjustable wrench and a knife. (My sink already had a hole for the faucet, and I used a knife to drill a hole for the drain) Instructions are clear, which made assembly a breeze. It took up less than half the space under my sink, which is impoortant to me because I live in a Tiny House on wheels. TDS levels went from 500 down to 35. My only concern is that the filters will need to be replaced often due to my high TDS levels. Will post update in the future.

For a competent DIYer, this is an easy install. The unit is mostly preassembled when it arrives - install the filters in the cartridges and the cartridges on the brackets. I drilled a hole in the sink for the faucet - your sink may already have an extra hole to use. The instruction manual isn't very clear about connecting the hoses, since it applies to several models. I called the tech support line, got right through and a very pleasant and helpful tech talked me through the final hose configuration for my specific model. I am fortunate in that I could place my unit in the basement instead of under the kitchen sink, using an ice-maker kit to extend the supply line to the kitchen faucet.

I bought this instead of the $4000 Kangen system and after a year and I quite pleased... my body likes this water and it tests with perfect 7.0 ph and I do not like regular reverse osmosis as that is so lifeless and even detrimental. This system remineralizes and brings "life" back to the water with the remineralization and the UV light and ionization. Enjoy! Great tasting water and all of my calcified teapots and coffee pots came clean! Smooth water!

This is the second I springs R/O system I have owned. The first one was a basic 5 stage 50 gpd system with booster pump I bought direct from I springs. The reason I only gave 4 stars is when I received the unit the system was missing the advertised water detector. I contacted both I springs and Amazon via e mail and will see if they rectify the problem. The system is a breeze to install providing you have a few basic tools such as a cordless drill and some wrenches. One important note is to use two wrenches when installing the supply water adaptor to your kitchen faucet. If you only use one you can damage the copper tubing coming from your faucet cold water line as it is soft and bends and twists easily. The system worked perfectly with only a couple minor leaks that only required simply tightening the tube connections. As for filter replacement, that is simple as well just follow the enclosed instructions and have a towel placed under the filter housings as water spills are going to happen when you replace filters. The only note is when first starting up the system and after filter replacement, the instructions say to empty the tank 2 times before you drink the water. I have found that it may take 4 or 5 complete refills of the tank to flush out the funny aftertaste you get when first starting the system after installing new filters. Also remember to turn off the water supply to your ice maker until you are satisfied with the taste of the water, otherwise your ice will have the funny aftertaste. Once the water is flushed sufficiently the water tastes just as good if not better than bottled water.

Good value for the price. Installed very easily. Bracket was a little wimpy for wall mounting.

Price/Quality is very fair. Installation took me 2 hours, or 4 hours total if counting replacement of the shut-off value from wall. Water taste acceptable. I recommend self-installation because once the understanding of the working of whole system, you can troubleshoot potential issues happen down the road; or replace the filters; or shut-off the system for maintenance or vacation. Don't need to call your plumber for that matter $$$... I recommend let the system sit out of cabinet for first 2 days to observe any leaks; so don't cut any of your cords. If all seems well working, then put it back into the under-sink area. No messy water to clean up! I think iSprings filter offer and warranty, and its leak detection module bonus is awesome! I would just remind following that Faucet installation is really hard without a short-handle wrench under the sink-tub, vertical filter is counter-clockwise to tighten (in my case), storage valve needs extra tighten to avoid leaks, generally extra tightening everywhere (apart from installation booklet says).
