After installation it has performed superbly where our water system is not that great. Clothes are clean and water is soft. I still filter water to drink and for my service dog through the Britta. I am very satisfied with this product and recommend highly. I had it installed inside my home to prevent tampering and freezing. Only took the plumber about 1.5 hours to install.
