My company purchased this item to replace bottled water in our office. My company was paying over 1200.00 a year on bottled water, so not only does this water taste MUCH better it actually will save money over the long haul. I was the one who installed the unit and it was very easy to install. The youtube video they have makes installation a breeze. I am actually installing one in my house now as well. The follow-up and customer service I got from Josh was second to none. I would recommend this iSpring Water Systems to ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Just installed two weeks ago and happy with the result so far. I also added a mineralization stage after. Im also using this to fill water in my fresh water aquarium.

This system seems to be working great! I love sink faucet which was an added bonus. Its very attractive and streamline, stainless steel looking. I think the tank is very large, but I like that because I will always have extra water on hand. Only thing is, my installer put in a better tank value which had a brass ring inside. This will provide better stability from the plastic cracking in the future, from possible over tighting.

Got the system and found that it was not easy to install at first glance. After reading the manual and watching the Youtube video, I managed to figure it out so in my opinion, installation is no problem at all. You wont need to hire anyone unless you cant drill a hole in your drain pipe. That could cause problems, if you do not have the capability. We had no problems with that part. The only thing I can suggest to finish installation is to make sure your tubes are inserted as tight as possible or they will leak. The water tastes like bottled purified water so its perfect to me. The faucet is modern, elegant and easy to install as well. We were worried about the drain water draining non-stop (the water cost would be crazy!) but it only drains after you pour some water and the tank refills so put your mind at ease there. It does pour so consider putting it low under the sink on a horizontal pipe. We did vertical, but its fine. Im super happy with our purchase and would buy it again if I had to do this all over again. If you need a system, this one is top of the line (based on my personal use so far of two days, and price-wise). Will try to review again in a few months.

I bought this unit about 3 months ago . The delivery was super fast and very well packaged. It was easy to install, everything is plug and play :-) the tubes are all color coded and manual very clear and also video on Youtube is big help to understand how to easy install these filters.My unit is installed to my fridge water/ Ice maker. It has preformed great and produce excellent tasting water. No leaks. No problem. No complaints. I recommend this system to all my friends. Thank you iSprimg for good tasting water !! I

We purchased this after visiting a friend who had the same product. It arrived right on time (super heavy)! I read the directions several times and watched a YouTube video multiple times as well before I attempted to put anything together. The directions, along with the videos, were adequate for an easy install. Only one hiccup....involving the portion of install that requires a small hole in the drain pipe. My husband pushed too hard and the drill bit went thru the entire pipe (both sides). So after a trip to Lowe's and swapping out the pipe, install was complete. I did the majority of the install myself, with the exception of drilling into the drain pipe. Make sure you dedicate time to reading the directions and watching install videos before you begin and it will be a seamless install. LOVE the water!!

Fairly easy to install. Took about one hour of total time. It is really helpful to watch the many you tube videos to understand the initial system flushing procedures. Overall happy with the purchase.

Great product. Install was simple with the included instructions, took maybe 2 hours total. Water tastes delicious and Ice cubes are now clear. Definitely recommend.
