Canadian tap water can be drunk directly, but the taste is not good。Also there are potential heavy metals and chlorine gas threats, especially the Pb which comes from the old pipeline networks of tap water. The taste of the water is quite GOOD by using the ispring RO system, especially for making Chinese tea. This product is highly recommended for every family. 5 stars!

Best Water Ive ever had. My family drinks almost exclusively bottle water. Mostly Fuji and Dasani, but that has changed with this. We run the water directly to the refrigerator and its the new favorite.Installation took longer than expected. (4 hours)The method by which all the "extra" devices fit on top is poor and makes for a pain in the set up.Also moving the filters after adding water is a pain because well, water is heavy.The plastic fitting on the tank should probably be metal. Had issues with leaks, took a few attempts at loosing and retightening to find the perfect tightness. Not tight enough leaks, too tight leaks.It seems easy and the directions are not perfectly clear, but dont jump ahead for turning on the water.

The water that comes from this product is a good tasting water. Before I got this I had a water dispenser, so the water was always cold. This product does not keep the water has cold, which is one of the downfalls. It does take up some space under the counter.Installing this product wasnt the easiest. I had someone that had more skill to come over. The instructions was the worst for this product. They described a Lowe model, even the online video wasnt a help. So I checked out You Tube.was a great help. The only other minor issue was the O-ring for the top filter. It fell apart installing it. Just an old ring I guess. Trip to the hardware store solved the issue.You will need an outlet to plug in the ultra violet light. It also comes with a water detector alarm, just in case you get a leak.Even though installing it was an issue, I highly recommend this product.

I actually bought this water filtration system once I was tired of the water jugs and I can tell you I should have done this sooner ! It seems like theres a ton of parts when you buy this product but the installation was super easy ! Theres even a YouTube video that they make to walk you through the installation process ! I highly recommend this product to everyone !
