really great product and great customer service. Make sure to check if you water pressure meets the requirements for steady flow otherwise you need to buy extra device to increase pressure. Not mandatory but necessary

Has worked great for us over nearly the past year. I installed it in my basement and ran lines to the places in my house that we want RO water. We are on a well and have very high TDS (varying from 800 - 1100 usually around 950) and it reduces it all the way down to the low 20s. My only complaints are the UV light is constantly on (to which they are sending me new connections for as they are getting too hot and offered a new unit at a lower price which in time I may take them up on instead of replacing the UV light when it goes and I think the new UV light that only turns on as needed now comes with this unit), and the installation instructions could be clearer and include an actual easy to follow flow design of which tube connects where for the entire unit, specifically show which is the in vs out vs discharge from the RO Membrane filter. I figured it out, but it was difficult to do.

I've got great tasting water now. The faucet looks very good and it was easy to install. I can't believe the price for what you get the water company wanted $600 for their system.

I just installed the system, tested source and product water realizing 98% reduction in dissolved solids. iSpring willingly swapped the faucet. Package arrived quickly and everything was pristine.

Got it installed, although the instructions and photos don't correspond to the unit very well. I had to read through them several times to make sure which tube went to the tank and which to the faucet. How much trouble would it really be to provide a picture of an assembled unit? thats why 4 stars instead of 5 Aside from that the water filter works great. The water tastes great, the ice maker produces glistening clear ice instead of the cloudy stuff like before. I would recommend this unit.

Great system, my city water smelled bad of chlorine and is supplemented with fluoride as well. Now the water has no bad taste of chemical and no smell! Have not measured the TDS before and after, but Im sure it is low. Install was easy when following the you tube video, just make sure your quick connects are completely seated.

We've had the filter for a few months now and love it. Its saved us a bunch on faucet mounted filters and bottled water. The device took about three hours to install. The instructions were comprehensive and the kit includes all the components you need to install the product. You will need a few tools like a drill to do the install. We had a minor leak when first installed but that turned out to be an over-tightened part. Once fixed we haven't had any issues.
