Great product! Fast shipment and top of the line communication. Not only that, different companies sell the same filter 10 times more expensive just becasue there is a package and installation included . It is not hard to install at all ( except the stone countertop drilling) other then that -just follow the instruction. Great alternative to marketed expensive brand names .

Love love love this product. I bought it for my saltwater tank and for drinking and it works great. Really good product easy to assemble and yhe water quality is fantastic. Im very happy with my purchase. Great job guys.

This was a very easy install. Everything sits nicely under the sink. Did not have to hang anything. Made a big difference in the taste of our water. Not much fun drilling an extra hole thru the sink.

Nice productIts simple and fairly easy to install even if, with age and my big fat hands, Im stiffer and clumsier than ever. All the accessories&fittings are included. One quartz hole saw was needed to drill through the counter; HD has a very good one.The customer service was impressive when I called a month or so after 1st use. A yucky black slime had appeared at the faucet! The rep was very nice and identified the probable faulty cartridge. A new one was delivered pronto and alls been fine since. First class response, no haggling!The flow @ 55 sec/gallon feels like an eternity, lol. City water pressure is good @ 40-50 psi, so the cartridges are doing their job I guess.One strange thing: the flow has lost its smoothness. It used to run down smooth like a rope; recently, after a second, it changes to a kind of twirl (?). It looks like theres an obstruction, but removing the faucet (very easy; just lift it off the base) and cleaning/flushing is no help; the stream is still twirling, with the same pressure. No big deal, just weird.Even though were just the two of us and theres no way we use that much drinking/cooking water, a set of 3 new cartridges was put in 6 months after installing in Jan 16 (the fourth one is good for 1 year) as recommended by ISpring. No point defeating the purpose of the system trying to save a few bucks.All in all, were very happy with this system; maybe not as "pure" water as a RO, but not as much hassle either, not to mention the bulk and cost.

Works great. Really easy to assemble. Took about 1 1/2 hours. It may have taken less, but the damn garbage disposal was in my way and Im a big guy. I also had a leak on filter #1, but realized after 10 minutes of troubleshooting that I just dropped the o-ring when I was removing it from the package. I hung the filters under the sink with 2 screws, and its now easier to remove them. The directions for assembly are probably the best I have ever seen. These arent IKEA directions! First day after the initial flush, my PPM went from 260 to 12 using the TDS-EZ water tester.

Read what the other customers have written regarding the red, white, and blue tubing coming out of the faucet. Really ridiculous that the instructions dont mention all three. The first time I connected the blue tube of the faucet to the outlet of the filter. Water came shooting out of the red tube under the sink. I included a diagram from a youtube video that shows the proper way to connect it. The manufacturer could have put it in the instructions, but they didnt.PROS: the faucet quality seems pretty good. Its solid.CONS: I let it run for about 15 minutes initially. It smells and tastes a little bit like plastic to me. Well see if that improves over time.Youtube video: [...]UPDATE: The plastic taste has gone away. Also noticed a diagram in the product description. Still wish it had been included with the filter.

Great tasting water. I like the idea of excellent filtration and still retaining minerals. Had plumber install, but there were no glitches.

This is one awesome water filtering system. Arrived on time. Easy to install. Love the push in fittings. Was a little skeptical of them at first but no leaks as of yet. I have had the system of about 2 months and am very happy with it as the water is crystal clear and no after taste. This unit replaced an existing GE system which I had for 10 years but I like the iSpring much better.

We installed this 4 months ago and love it. It is so nice to have nice drinking water come out of our sink. Kids love the it also. It was pretty easy to install under the sink.
