I installed this system easily after watching one video and reviewing the instructions and Im a girl! Lol. The water tastes great and I havent had any leaked no issues. Great system! Thanks Josh!

Installation was a breeze after watching the installation video provided by seller on YouTube. Unit came with everything needed to tap into the lines and plenty of spare parts (o-rings & connectors). After about 2 plus hours of letting the unit filter water and store it in the included bladder tank, it ran at the tap for 4 minutes 56 seconds before the tank emptied (plenty of time to fill you a glass of water and some cooking pots). Im also greatful that the seller included a 9 volt battery powered water leak detector unit to go under the sink. This will not only alert me to leaks from the unit but all of my plumbing under the sink. Thanks!

I was really super impressed with this product. Everything you need is in the box, even extras of everything to make installation a breeze. The instructions are straight forward, and I highly recommend watching the online YouTube install video, there are some tricks there that make setting up even easier. Im going to send in water samples for testing and see how good it really is. The water tastes amazing, were using this on a well-water system up at our cottage. The only thing remaining is Im going to ask what people do for seasonal when you shut your water system down for 6 months out of the year? I suppose I will have to buy a new set of filters each year when setting up the system.

We purchased one several years ago. However just a few months ago it developed a small, i mean pin hole leak, on top of one of the caps. I wanted to buy just the cap, but the manufacturer does not sell them on line, so I called and explained the situation, that we had had it several years and just wanted to purchase just the cap, so I asked. The lady said to take a picture and email it to her. we did and they not only sent one cap but the three top caps together and they did not charge us . if thats not customer service then there isnnt any. we are so pleased with them and there product. we have bad city water and when i used a TDS meter on the water it was 265 PPM before the filter and after it read 13PPM, the chlorine taste is gone, and as i started they were helpful way after the warranty ran out I am not only pleased with the product but the customer service as well.

Just installed this and we are impressed with this RO unit. The packaging is very thorough, even included the white teflon tape! I definitely recommend getting this one as the pump makes all the difference.
