dont know why I didnt do this sooner! in short, had a hot water tank issue, replaced with tankless water heater, went down the rabbit hole of researching city water, not a big fan of chemicals if I have a choice, so I put a little research into what I could do to filter out the garbage the city deems safe and now I wonder why I waited so long. Water just tastes better (period). I have a salt water softener feeding the house with this unit under my kitchen sink feeding a single line in the sink and my fridge (which no longer needs a filter and ice just looks cool, clear). Ill be certain to do this to my next home without question

The system was easy to install and instructions were very detailed. I took my time with the install and was complete in just under an hour. Initial TDS reading from the tap water was around 480ppm and post-filtered water is around 20ppm! The water definitely has a better taste and is a huge improvement! The included water detector and brushed nickle faucet are a nice touch and honestly swayed my final decision over some of the competitors. Additionally, the customer service has been great and Josh was quick to answer my questions and be there for support. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and think its an overall great value.

GREAT customer service! Installation was simple following the easy to read instructions. I also installed the HM Digital DM-1 In-Line Dual TDS Monitor to readout the inlet and outlet water of the RO unit. Inlet water supply was found to be 216 ppm TDS and the outlet water from the RO unit was now at 10 ppm TDS! Water now tastes better than bottled water! My family can now quit using all those plastic bottles that fill our landfills. The only issue I has was the RO faucet nipple extension that came with the unit was too short to fit my pre-drilled 1 1/2" counter top opening. I contacted Helen with iSpring and she immediately shipped out a replacement that fit perfectly. Its a pleasure to do business with people like this!

I must confess to being very surprised by the help given to me after I purchased the reverse osmosis unit from Ispring.I had a slight problem with a fitting that wasnt standard ,when I contacted them they arranged not only the item but paid for it including the post and packaging.Further I had a problem in that the plumber I arranged didnt show.I installed the system myself but needed information to complete.It was the weekend and I contacted them late on Friday,not only did they give me constructive advice but insisted giving me their home number should I get in trouble or need advise.Hence the rating of 5 stars given for a company AND EXCELLENT PRODUCT worthy of a recommend.I have had this product in operation for the last 4 months and will certainly be contacting them for any replacement filters etc .thanks

We have been using a jug type water filter for many years, but needed something much better as we live in a very hard water area with loads of chlorine added, besides, its not always the best tasting water.So I decided to go for the full 7 stage RO filter unit from iSpring and am pleased I did. The equipment arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I thought it best to have as much space for the unit as possible, so fitted the unit in a cupboards away from the sink, I felt this would work as I have the pumped unit and a longer delivery pipe should work well, which it did. Installation is not really a quick job if you want to make a tidy job, but it can be fitted quickly if needed. I did experience a few minor water leaks, but hay, there are a lot of places for it to leak, and I expect I twisted a few fittings during the installation anyway. By the end of the day, all was working great, water leaks sorted, and system flushed and clear. I have checked it a few times now and all is leak proof and working as expected. I would say the 7 stage unit is a bit top heavy, seems they add the extra units without re designing the brackets, so I added a couple of small shelf brackets and a couple of cable ties to make it more stable. I also have the UV unit, but be careful to mount the flow switch away from the unit slightly because it must be sensitive to magnetic forces as it often turned on without water flow and it gets quite warm if left on. It is easy to see when it is on by looking for a little light escape from the plastic water fittings. Finally, communication has been great between me and iSpring, and they offed advice and help freely. Remember though, you might need a different water connection than the one supplied but iSpring will supply what you need, however I did make up an adaptor with a fitting from the plumbers shop to fit my 15 mm pipe work.Yes I would recommend this unit, and the water it delivers is great.

****UPDATE****After I posted the initial review, the manufacturer contacted me and informed me that the UV stage of the product has been redesigned. The new UV ballast now includes a water flow sensor, and the UV bulb will only turn on when the water is flowing. Therefore the water does is not heated. The only flaw in this device has been completely remedied.The seller/manufacturer sent me the new, upgraded parts FREE OF CHARGE, even though I had purchased the unit almost 2 years earlier.I cant say enough about this level of customer service. As stated in my initial review, everything has worked perfectly with this unit for the 2 years Ive owned it.UPGRADED TO 5 STARS and Highly recommended.****ORIGINAL REVIEW****Ive been using this daily for 2 years with no issues, except one small thing- The first couple of cups of water that comes out of it during each use is HOT due to the ultraviolet bacterial-killing stage. That is the only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5. This is only a minor inconvenience in most cases, but...I installed a "T" fitting and a pair of on/off valves from the local home improvement store so I could feed the output both to the sink faucet and my refrigerators icebox. Worked fine at first, but the very high water temperature at the output damaged the O-rings in the aftermarket cut-off valves after only a couple of months.However, I still recommend this unit overall. It would be nice if they had a thermal cut-off switch on the UV. Then it would be perfect for its capacity and price.

Absolutely love the water that comes out of this filter. Installation was pretty easy but Ive managed to break a nut on the cold-water valve. On Thursday Ive contacted 123filter support and today I already had the replacement. Highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service!My system is almost 3 years old and still working great!Few days after installing it, I noted that the tank was not holding pressure. Calling customer service however was easy. They answer phone calls in few rings. Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. They immediately sent me a replacement tank which also included spare valve and fittings! The replacement tank works perfect and have not used the spare parts.As a valued customer, they have contacted me recently to follow up. I mentioned that in the past, I have addressed the issue of hot water due to UV light being on constantly(my system is one of the older models that didnt come with flow sensor to automatically turn the UV system off when not needed). Apparently they listen to feedback and made some upgrades including the flow sensor/switch for units with UV. They sent me a complementary upgrade kit! Thanks again I-spring! Great product and exceptional customer service!
