I have another RO system connected to fridge with slow water flow rate. I need one at sink for easy access. Ispring and APEC both have good review. The replacement filters cost less. Bought an iSpring a month ago. It took me about 45 minutes to install. It could be quicker if I dont need to replace my cold water valve due to corrosion. Very easy to install and works great. Make sure to contact their sales (CLAUDIA) with feedback. They will send you replacement filters.

The water is amazing not sure why I waited so long to get one, perhaps just a habit of buying bottled water and it easier then putting a kids bicycle together. Great product

I just moved into a house with a GE unit. I replaced the filters and was getting nowhere at lowering the TDS level. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I had it up and running in less than an hour - the TDS levels were actually where they were supposed to be. The video and instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this product.

This system is efficient, quiet and allows water to flow from spicket at good rate. We had a different system from a different company and it failed. We are very pleased with the reliability of this system and the purity of water it delivers. My husband installed it under our kitched sink with no difficulity.

I purchased the iSpring filtration system to replace a GE system that started leaking. I watched the YouTube video while performing the installation. Make sure you do not overtighten the filters. I overtightened the top filter and broke the o-ring. I didnt realize this until the unit had water running in it. After cleanup, I promptly overtightened the spare. Again, I didnt realize this until water was running in it. After a short trip to the hardware store, I was able to complete the install. All together, it took 2.5 hours to replace my current system. It should have taken 90 minutes or less.

I read hundreds of reviews before deciding to purchase this reverse osmosis system. This system is extremely well reviewed, but I still wanted to be sure. I read all of the bad reviews on this product and iSpring commented on every review I read that had 4 stars or lower. iSprings customer service really seemed to go above and beyond even when the issues were entirely on the end of the buyer. I initially was planning on hiring a plumber since I didnt want to drill through the granite. The plumber quoted me $360 for installation, so I decided to do it myself. It took 1.5 hours including watching YouTube videos and going back and forth to my garage for a drill, extension cord and a wrench. Drilling through granite scared me because I was afraid of cracking it, but it was a breeze. I used some plumbers putty ($2 from Home Depot) to make a little ring and filled it with water, and let the weight of the drill do the work. I bought a diamond tipped drill bit. It took less than 10 minutes to drill through the granite. The system seemed intimidating to me at first, but once I got it all out of the box and understood what I needed to do, its actually super simple. You just have to screw the T-shaped adapter into the cold water line between the valve and the faucet, plug in 5 or 6 quick connect hoses (the instructions make it very clear which ones go where, plus theyre color coded), drill a hole in the drain pipe, screw the saddle over said hole, and tighten the faucet to the counter. Honestly if I had to do it again I could do it in less than 30 minutes. I cant believe the plumber was going to charge $360! It really makes me wonder if I should seek out a profession of installing these systems. I let the tank fill and empty twice even though the instructions only say it needs to do it once. The water read 11 ppm after the first flush, but I just wanted to make sure any residue was gone. The water tastes great and the faucet matches my sink wonderfully. I absolutely love this system (and Im pretty proud of myself that I installed it).

works well. tested to TDS level, from 300+ppm to less than 10ppm. be sure to get an alkaline filter to add minerals back in for drinking. RO water absorbs CO2 in the air easily and will make water more acidic. remineralization not only make the taste better but also keeps the ph level high.

I am using a well and had significant iron issues. Iron level was at 2 ppm (EPA recommends 0.3 ppm max). This unit completely fixed the problem. No measurable level of iron detected. Also other impurities went away. Easy to install with the quick connections. Took me about 2 hrs.

This a great RO System. Amazing Quality. I also bought the ice maker kit and the 50 foot extension tubing cause my fridge is on the other side of the kitchen. The system was pretty easy to install. I basically installed the entire system from watching the iSprings video. I had to go to the manual a few times cause the video seemed to be of an older version which seems to use different fittings but all in all it was pretty easy to figure out and install. It did look daunting with all the parts on the floor but once you get going it goes together pretty quickly. The longest part was running to tubing to the fridge. Installing the system under the sink took about 2 hours. Installing the tubing that goes to the fridge took about 3 hours. The water tastes so clean. My wife uses distilled water and I gave her a test. I poured a cup of the RO system water and a cup of distilled water and told her to tell me which one was the distilled water. She thought the iSpring water was the distilled water so that is a win in my book. I also bought a TDS meter and the results of the RO System was 6 ppm.. Which is awesome considering distilled is 0 ppm. I also like all the extra parts they give you.. Great system.. System seems really well built. I love having clear ice and being able to drink really clean water compared to our off tasting tap water. I am already pushing my friends to get this system. I cant believe how great this systems works.. So So Happy! PS. If you are thinking of hiring someone to install for you then you should think twice.. While it does take time it is pretty easy to install.. the average quote I was getting to install it was 300 bucks.. That price tag made me try to install it myself which turned out to be really easy.
