Fairly easy to setup, except that the filter management is like working with dominoes. I ended up using zip ties to hold it all together, and will just cut and replace them when the time comes. The valve on top of my pressure tank leaked. I called the company directly and spoke with Claudia and Ben, and they shipped out a replacement immediately, which solved my problem. Brought my TDS down to about 40 (expected) and PH around neutral, even with the Alkaline filter that comes with it. I subsequently bought an Aptera mineral/orp/alkamag filter ($$$) to get a PH boost, and the water tastes great. As you might expect, the faucet that comes with this is pretty basic. I added the "Water Filter Purifier Faucet European Style Brushed Nickel" available here on Amazon and its both attractive and well made (and matches my existing faucet quite well). Good kit, fair value, good service response from manufacturer. I bought through Amazon fulfillment and received my unit much quicker than I expected.

I had to call customer service, because I broke a part ( under the heavy hands of my misguided husband...) the customer service representative was so personable and knowledgable. He sent me the part I needed to get back on track again. I couldnt be happier with these folks! I am so glad I supported them.!I was able to install this system easily... And the customer service was excellent!!I am able to drink water from the tap now with clean water, and I am grateful.

The reason I spent a little more money on this one vesus the basic model is that I wanted a comprehensive water filter. This one got everything I was looking for. The booster pump, the alkaline and the ultraviolet sanitizer. It is a good investment for my farm house. It comes quickly and has everything in the box. Installation is a lot easier than I expected. Remember to PUSH the hose ALL THE WAY into the fitting until it stops at second stop. Thanks for that tip. It works great. I especially like the flow sensor switch upgrade. It makes total sense. I personally consider this system would be the best for homes with river, well, pond water or in areas contaminated by livestock, farming, mining and oil.

We have had the system for almost 18 months and have been very pleased with performance and ease of use. Much cleaner approach for us to have this system versus something at the faucet which is limiting in ability plus looks bad for our decor.

Works as expected. Does a good job of purifying water. I removed one star because the hook up for the red line into the faucet does not stay secure. It has come out twice and caused water issues. I have since secured it with some Gorilla tape and that solved the problem. I advise anyone to do the same if your setting this up under the sink or you may have a problem on your hands.

I have been hearing horror stories about contaminated water around the country and I decided I need to buy a filtration system. After months of research I determined that this was the best product. I usually don't review a product like this immediately, so I'm now coming to review the system after one year of use. My initial shipment was perfect, however, the nickel faucet was damaged. I spoke with Josh at Ispring, and I must say he must have given the most friendly, efficient customer service I have ever received from a company. Not only is the water from this system completely free of contaminants, I also received amazing customer service. The system its also relatively easy to set up also, assuming you take the time to review the easy instructions.

so far so good! I was moderately nervous that I could fit this water system with a regular size garbage disposal but it all fit to my relief. my undersink area measures 33"; w x 22 1/2"; H x 23 1/2"; D and the garbage disposal we used is 12 1/2"; tall as if reference if that helps you out! the water faucet is a nice modern design, if I bought this system before my kitchen faucet I may have been able to get them both to match but at least the stainless steel finish matches so its still fine. Overall I think its performing as I hoped and would purchase this system again.
