I’d been meaning to install a drinking water filtration ststem for a while, and then when the Covid19 panic buying wiped out Drinking water supplies (ha ha and TP) in every store i decided, “nows the time”. I found the installation instructions easy to follow. Everthing is color coded to help get everything connected properly. I did it myself, it works great, doesnt leak, and we love having unlimited drinking water and we cut the cord from grocery store water bottles. I reached out with a question after registering my warranty, and founf them to be very responsive and helpful.

Good product and easy installation. I follow Ispring youtube video to put this on and it is very easy. Each stage was marked with different color lock and line so you cannot miss. Only thing I wish in this package is to give more on/off switch and more water line and accessories. And also I wish manual tells customer options and instruction when they have existed fridge line so it avoids later work. Overall it is great work!

I installed this iSpring water system to replace the refrigerator filter one year ago, it has no issue since then. The installation was easy, the water tastes great.

We bought this system for installation in our new home that has a new well for our water supply. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the water that the system provides. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to purchase a reverse osmosis system.

The system was easy to install and the manufacturer has been very helpful; both before and after my purchase. The instructions need a little updating as the system seems to have changed just a bit since the instruction booklet was first written. But the differences are not critical. The filtered water quality is absolutely OUTSTANDING! For us, the most noticeable change was having the chlorine taste disappear. Note: although the instructions recommend that, in case you decide to mount the filter unit on a wall, you should provide support under the filter cases to offset the strain on the plastic threads from the weight of the water inside. Compared to the strain from the water pressure, which I estimated to be about 400 lbs (four square inches of bottom area X 50 PSI water pressure) I think you can safely ignore that recommendation. (At the time of this review, we have been using the unit about two weeks.)

Purchased this product amongst co-workers and to this day everyone loves it! Fairly simple to install. As always you'll encounter a few leaks, BUT once you resolve them, the system works like a champ! We tied our unit to a current drinking fountain condensing system, so we not only have the option of room temperature RO water, but also freezing cold RO water. On average we will run through at least 2 tank full of purified water, and the quality is still great tasting...no complaints from co-workers!! Non-purified water was at approximately 325 ppm total dissolved solids, now we are sitting at 19 ppm TDS.

I bought the iSpring unit a few months ago and waited to write a review until I had time to fully experience the product and better understand the benefits. First, assembling the unit was fairly easy for me. I took time to plan the under the sink location of the iSpring Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit to be sure it fit without having to move any plumbing. I did not have to run a water line from the iSpring RO unit to the refrigerator but I would recommend doing so if your refrigerator does not have an internal filter. Secondly, the performance of the iSpring RO unit has performed as very well. I noticed the difference in the taste of the water immediately. I have significantly reduced my intake of sugary drinks such as soda and sports drinks and substituted water. I believe it has made a difference in our families health. I actually enjoy drinking water again!

We moved into a house with its own well and wanted to make sure the family had the cleanest water possible. I did some research and the iSpring RCC7 had good reviews and was very affordable, paying for itself quickly versus buying the 5 gallon bottles. We ordered the system thru Home Depot and it came to our house quickly. I installed it myself. The faucet is brushed nickel and looks very good and matches our other sink faucets. We didn't have much space under our sink, so i plumbed in the unit in the basement near our well pump, after our UV system and before our softener. It was easy to install on a shelf with the holding tank as well. I then led the drain to the laundry basin and i ordered an extra long blue supply line that i fed from the basement along the plumbing to the under the sink. It took a few hours since i am slow and took my time. I did notice a bit of plastic odor from the water right after the install but that went away after a day. Our family of 7 now enjoys great tasting water and everyone who comes over also loves it, whenever we drink water from someone else's house i notice the salt and chlorine so we try and bring our own water where ever we go. Water is the most important aspect of living and health, so we are happy with the system and stay hydrated, especially with kids playing sports.

Easy install, great value, and tasty water Love this RO system. The system was delivered on time and the packaging was great. I had no plumbing experience and I was able to install it in about 30-45 minutes. I bought a TDS meter to test the water. Results: Great Value bottle water= 28ppm Sam bottle water= 15ppm Food Lion bottle water= 25ppm Faucet tap= 94ppm Refrigerator = 93ppm Ispring = 10ppm

Very good system. Makes clean refreshing water, tastes as good as the bottled water we had delivered. Kit comes complete with everything needed for installation. We did not have to buy anything extra. The included faucet is 'high end' all metal brushed nickel. Replacements filters are reasonable priced compared to other systems. Takes about two hours to make 3 gallons of water.
