This r/o system was better than our 16 year old one and cost so much less. Kinetico wanted $1200 plus to install a new one. Oh well, Im quite capable as a do-it-yourselfer and installed it with no leaks and no issues. This is a great package for anyone looking for an R/O system.

Great system. PPM is dropped from 303 to 38 after the installation of the RO system. Feel very satisfied with this product.

Ok, I have had a few issues but the customer care is excellent. I broke 2 O rings and they sent out new on s that week. A couple weeks after install it started vibrating and making loud noise when getting water. Again customer service was great and they sent out replacement parts. Overall easy to install and the water taste better than bottle water from store.

The R.O. System is of great quality and looks great in a kitchen with granite countertops and aluminum sink. I had a small issue with the water tank and the company sent me a new one within two days. They also (Nick) followed up to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. It has been a month since the installation and the water tastes great. I really recommend this system from iSpring.
