I have to let you know that I already had a different RO system installed that was not performing well. So I did have all the connections in place. When I got the iSpring system, it was very easy to install. The instructions were very clear. I had some leak initially but it was due to a fault of my own. Once I corrected it, it was running smoothly. It did include a leak monitor that immediately alerted me of the leak. If you are looking for a new RO system or looking to replace yours, you will not go wrong with this. 5 stars !!

We received the filter system pretty quickly. At first it seemed a bit confusing but with the step by step video provided, it was pretty easy. The customer service was AMAZING, they reached out to me several times via email just to check if I needed any help with the installation. overall rating g, 5 and the water taste great. I would definitely recommend this filter to friends and family.

My tap water measures at 168ppm on average using a TDS meter. After installing the filter set, the filtered water measures at 11ppm using the same meter and at the same temperature! Also, I noticed that in my water boiler, I no longer have burnt condensation at the bottom near the heat plates. Ever since installing this filter Ive only been using the filter tap for my cooking and water boiling. Installation took about an hour with a few simple tools, and a drill. Overall Im very pleased with my purchase.

I needed to replace a previous RO system and spent a lot of time researching different brands. I purchased this one because it is NOT an air gap system. I had that before and it was loud and occasionally would spew water on the counter. It also does a really good job at filtering out metals and other contaminants. I have a well and this is very important to me. I did call support with some technical questions and they were very responsive and pleasant to work with.

So my plumber never came to put this in so I endeavored to do it myself. No problemo. Appears intimidating but really is pretty simple. Watch the video on Youtube. Its just plug and play. I did have to replace some fittings but it was super easy. Came with enough extra fittings for bad connections and my mishaps. Hardest part was drilling a hole through a porcelain enameled, cast iron sink. Not the problem of this filter, but of my sink. Should be able to punch through a normal stainless sink in 5 seconds. That said, water tastes great. My local water company just sent some letter that there was crap in our water just after we installed it. Great timing. I am in a rental house now and will absolutely get one of these again when we move.
