About six month ago we moved and I needed to hook up my RO unit. The tank that came with it is small and we were always running out of filtered water. I have a 5 gallon one, but it just wouldn't quite fit under the sink, so I bought this one. I have this small one and this one in tandem and never run out of filtered water.The quality is very good. I ran water through it twice before using and it seemed like it didn't need any flushing. Was very clean, but it is good to rinse the inner bladders in these anyways.

Our old tank developed a hole in the inner bladder, and became completely saturated. So I ordered this one to replace it.Thank appears to be well made, and is a perfect replacement. The only issue I had was that the new valve and fitting at the top of the tank is for 1/4" tubing, and our current system has 3/8" tubing. I had to take the fitting off the top of the old tank, and install it on this one. No major inconvenience, but it had to be done. I suppose we couldn't expect the tank vendor to offer several valves, especially for the price the tank is offered at.

iSpring is one of the best companies I have ever worked with and great products. I wanted more pressure to accommodate a 20' line going to my fridge water dispenser so I emailed iSpring support and once again Brian helped me out and said installing a second tank would help with pressure, and it definitely did! Now much better pressure. I already had a booster pump installed after the RO membrane due to low water pressure at our lake house and now we have more water available and better pressure. If you have any issues with their products then email sales@ispringfilter.com and you will find they are great to work with.

After about 10 years, the original water filter tank for my RO water filter began leaking water into the air chamber (and for the last two years, it would lose pressure, requiring me to pump more air in with a bicycle tire pump). I feared that I would need to replace my entire system but this tank worked perfectly and made my filter run like new.The pressure is good as is the build quality. For anyone whose system didn't come with a pressure tank, I highly suggest putting one in and for those who are having problems with their old systems, look into replacing this part before spending the money on an entirely new system.

Have RO/DI system for drinking and reef tanks for more than 15+ years and I have own several RO/DI systems as well. My latest system with water storage tank started to malfunction after about 8 years. You will know it is no longer working when the water is coming out very very slow because the tank is no longer storing water. This tank came with a proper switch off connector and works as expected. It did have some chemical taste in the beginning and it is recommended that you flush 8-10 gallon of stored water before drinking. Once I flushed the first 2 full tanks of water and a couple days later, the water tasted fine and I haven't experienced any issues. I can't really say about the longevity of this product but I hope it will last 4-5 years.

The valve was missing from my tank. Amazon customer service suggested calling iSpring customer instead of just returning the unit. Returning it would have turned out to be faster but now I know that iSpring customer support is great. I didn't have to wait on the phone long. Nick sent out two different size valves and a free water bottle for my hassle.I don't mind if there is a problem with an order if a company steps up to the plate and fixes the problem. iSpring did a great job at this. I will try them for replacement filters as well because I know I will be taken care of.And no, I am not getting paid for this review. I am just an average DIY guy.
