We live in an old cabin in what was an old mining town. Our water passed all state regulations, but would leave the dogs wanting river water over our well water. We payed a plumber to upgrade all our old copper to pex and install this great Ispring house filtration system. We also added on a large spin down filter to better our water. Everything was great. The water pressure wasn’t compromised and we were no longer buying 3 gallon jugs of water for the dogs.Then we went to change the filters and couldn’t remove the containers. 2 plumbers and many YouTube videos later, we still couldn’t open them. The original plumber had over tightened them. He had moved out of state and denied fault despite that being the determination by other plumbers.The associate at Ispring, Sean; in a quick, pleasant and professional manner, had a new system delivered to us at no cost! We were very pleased with his attentiveness and response time. I would recommend this company and always purchase from them again.

My mom's well had a problem with really stinky sulfur odor if the water did not have a chance to aerate and sit in the cistern for a while. With heavy water use the stink would come out of the taps into the drinking water, the shower and it was quite unpleasant. I noticed that the filtered water from the fridge never got stinky so I though to add this filter to the whole house. So far it seems to work and is far less expensive than the fancy treatment systems some "experts" said we would need to install. Even if we have to replace the cartridges very often it will still be far less than the thousands one of those systems would have cost. It was easy enough to install but I have all the tools and experience to do it, some may need to hire a plumber. Make sure you have shut off valves at each side and a bypass line for when you need to change the filters.

I have Grohe and Hansgrohe AXOR product throughout my home. I pay more and I get the best of service.Just like the German brands, iSPRING did good by me, and not only I'm happy with the product, but when I experience issue, I actually did contact them, and they said 1-business day, and it was resolve in 1-business day.I called express-water customer service, to find out technical details that were not in the manual, and they disconnect my call 3 times, after waiting on hold for 7 minutes, and they DON'T return call...I'm telling you this, because if you value your time and sanity, you would want to deal with a company that help you when there is issue.You also get mounting brackets with the fixtures (be careful of those companies that charge $20 to $40 for bracket, after they sell you the fixture for $50)In terms of durability, the fixture are well made, and I expect them to last long form inspection I conducted before installation. You also have the option to use standard brass fitting (nipple) to interconnect the filters, if you want (i use brass because I just like to know they will last alot longer than other material)I also want to note, this is a family own business - it matters if customer are happy with the product, and if they need help, there is someone there to assist: WITH 1 Business DAY :) ( you never going to get this from those companies that make product, sell it, and don't care if you need help...THey also stand behind the product.I will post some picture of my installation, but I'm recommending this for the following reason:1. Great customer service (1-business day response)2. Excellent warranty for many years.3. Well made, sturdy product that include all components (hint - mounting bracket).4 Family owned business that is there to help customers when they need help: THANK YOU NICK & RICHARD~!I will post updates in the near future as I proceed with my product installation, and water testing.

My iSpring order arrived with one part of the anti-scale filter broken. The company immediately sent me a replacement filter at no cost to me, and were very helpful in answering my questions. The system is very well built, and I expect it will do a good job of cleaning our water. One thing I would do differently - instead of ordering the 2 stage filter (for sediment and carbon block for chemicals) and a separate anti-scale filter, I think a better installation would be to order a 3 stage filter system, and get a replacement anti-scale filter separately to put in the 3rd stage of the system. We are watching to see how the spin down filter is working - we placed it immediately where the pipe enters our house from the spring house, and like the feature that we can see how much sediment is in the filter, and easily flush it out. (Followup - the spin down filter works terrifically! I flushed it out for the first time, and it cleared the fine silt layer off the 50 micron mesh in a few seconds.)

We like our new ispring, it got rid of the foul taste and odor. I thought it was supposed to produce clear ice cubes but it did not. Thats no big deal, Ill keep it.

So far, I love this. It aint even to bad to install. Really. I hate installing crap like this, but it was WAY better than I expected. Only had one small temper fit.

This product is AWESOME!!! Water feels so smooth and you dont have to use salt. Much better and cheaper than most units out there. I would highly recommend!!!!

Product arrived in a timely matter (even with a snow storm crippling the city for a day) Content was packaged with care/perfection. Installation was very simple straight forward. General knowledge of plumbing recommended for install (supply line the most important part). Directions were very easy to follow from install to priming, prep and usage. I would recommend this to anyone who has a little know-how (or a friend).
