I had this unit professionally installed in a house I bought with a well. The home has a whole-house filter and neutralizer on it, and the water was tested for quality prior to this install. The water was clear and tasted wonderful, but I couldn't help but remark at the amount of iron this unit picked up after installation. Im pleased with the quality of the unit, the slimness of it under the sink, and the safety its providing my family and I.

This RO system is awesome! We live in the southwest desert area and are on a well; we have tons of salt and residue in our water here. We have always purchased our portable water until we purchased this RO system. It been installed for four months now and works fantastic! We installed it so it hooks only to our fridges ice maker and water dispenser, water tastes great. Took particulates down from 1200 to 18!!! If you have bad water or are in an area where there is chlorine or other contaminates this will take care of your problem!!! Install took about 2 hours, but we put it in a cabinet in the utility room and ran the line through the wall to the refridgerator; drain line was ran to washer drain. Perfect setup and we didn't loose the space under our kitchen sink!

I love the filter system very much. You can really taste the difference between the filtered and unfiltered water. One thing I didnt expect during installation was the need to drill a hole in the sewage line and we had to go buy all the equipment needed for that half-way through installation. It'd be great if the instruction can list important things at the very beginning. Besides that I have no complaints.

Wonderful system! Easy and quick to install. I like how quite and compact this system is. It is much smaller than the one I had before. I experienced a leak a couple days after installation, but I was able to fix it. Also, I connected this system to my fridge, even though it wasnt necessary. Overall an excellent value!

Our family loves this RO water filtration system. Water tastes good and it is so convenient. It is nice not having to buy and trash water bottles anymore. Also, it was very easy to install.

I love this thing. I installed it in the basement, directly beneath my kitchen faucet and fed the lines up through the floor. It is a much more practical install, keeping the bulky hardware out of the kitchen. I can see direct and immediate benefits. First, I dont have to have a filter strapped to the faucet anymore. Second, I ran a splitter off of the filter tank and ran a secondary line to my fridge. So I can get cleaner water out of both my sink and fridge. The gross buildup that was happening in my fridge outlet and my sink faucet is no longer happening.

My husband and I LOVE having RO water on tap at the kitchen sink!! I recommended this product to my sister and her husband because it is easy to install (did it twice because weve moved since we bought it) and the water tastes so good. If you are buying bottled water, this RO system is definitely the better solution because of the convenience, more environmentally friendly because no bottles to recycle, and healthier because no plastic leaching into your water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is my 2nd RO filter. The first one was a unit I got from Costco that wasted a lot more water than this one and had more expensive filters. I appreciate that the iSpring unit wastes less water. Also, the lack of air gap faucet means I dont have to listen to the gurgling sound when the filter is running. The installation was fairly easy, though Im a fairly competent DIYer. The instructions could have been a bit clearer as I found them all over the place at times and a bit hard to follow. I like the fact that it came with several spare parts. They did a really good job of making sure everything was covered. I also like that they gladly exchanged the faucet that came with the package with one that was solid chrome to match our existing. I did have to drive over the border for them to agree to it though as they wouldnt ship it to Canada. Instead, I had it sent to my US postal address in NY.
