PAR Excellence service.I received the unit with the glass tube broken and I-spring PROMPTLY send me a new replacement. The unit with the water flow switch is very good and makes your UV lamp last 5 times longer than other UV sterilizer unequipped with the switch. The switch detect water flow as the RO pump starts and that is the only time the lamp starts up. Saves energy too.Installation is a breeze. Easy

Works perfectly. Took about ten minutes to hook it into the existing system. Would have been faster but there is no line included with the kit so I had to cut from existing lines to attach. I had an older version but it froze and broke (my bad), but it did not have the flow switch. This unit does and I like that feature as well. Because this is at the lake, I have to remember this year to remove and empty the system completely before freeze up.

Great product! Easy to install; we purchased it with a Reverse Osmosis filter system and this UV Sterilizer adapted to it with a piece that came with it. My only complaint is that there is no indicator with it so we cant tell whether it is working or not. Our well water tastes so much better now that I am assuming it is working.

Finally peace of mind about even my R/O water...any water system can become contaminated with living critters. Now I dont have to be so concerned. Dont get me wrong I will still clean my system as recommended.

FORGET their Instructions, they are for another unit, as are the mounting clips. BUT, this is an easy install and a great product. 1) Buy 3 of extra 1/4" tubing. 2) Saw one mounting clip in half, drill a hole in each for a short screw into fridge back. 3) Cut fridge tube, insert in pressure switch. Insert your tubing from switch to the UV unit, insert fridge line to other end. Note: Pull off their blue tubing clips, seat the tubing firmly, then replace the clips! (See Photo).I mounted everything to the fridge using small screws, including the electronic box that has a cord to plug into the wall socket. Its all automatic. When a glass of water is filling, the pressure switch turns on the UV light which makes the tubing glow just enough to see it is working. Very nice unit.
