Our Franke filter faucet, installed in 2003, started leaking from the base of the spout about a year ago. The problem was clearly a worn "O" ring but Franke no longer makes parts for that model and anyway the spout refused to come off so we couldn't fix it even if we had found a compatible "O" ring. We were going to replace the filter faucet with another Franke but then we did some math: we could buy 8 of these for the price of a single Franke with a life expectancy of about 13 years. Installation was easy--it connected seamlessly to our existing pipes from the Franke filter housing. I emailed the manufacturer a question about this and their response was quick and informative. I will update this review if I run into problems but for now I think it's a great buy.

I definitely did not get 500000 cycles before the internal seals started leaking and the faucet drips. And I am unable to find replacement seal kits.

Got our faucet with our RO system. It is a great faucet, but we noticed after about 3 years, that it started dripping. It is a slow drip and not a big deal or worry, but i reached out in an email to ispring about it anyway. John. B. was the person that responded to me and helped me. He sent us a new faucet for no charge! All he needed me to do was to send a picture of my RO system order that included a faucet which was simple to do since i have an account on isprings website that keeps a record of all the products that ive purchased. We love our entire RO system even 3 years later (and the customer service too)! Would definitely choose ispring again!

We've used this item for more than 8 months and it's just perfect for what it is … a nicely designed and made faucet that I use with our New Wave Enviro 10 Stage Water Filter at the kitchen sink. Well made … takes almost no time to install (even if you have to drill the hole -- for which you'll need a diamond bit) … 5-6 minutes if a hole already exists, about 10-12 if you have to drill a hole.

My filtered water faucet cartridge started leaking and like everything else these days, things cant be fixed and disgustingly are throw away. So after research I bought this one. It has a nice almost modern design and installs very easily. It has water line adapters for 1/4 and 3/8 inch lines (mine was 1/4). The finish is supposed to be brushed nickel but it really isnt, it seems to be brushed stainless steel. There is a noticeable difference in finish color with our Moen brushed nickel kitchen faucet but its OK for what it is. The water line quick connects come with little collet clips that are easy to lose and they only send two (you need two) so be careful when installing. Hopefully it will last a while

We purchased this when we had a new farmhouse sink installed. I had the installer put it on the far right side of the sink. This allows me to fill up pitchers in the sink or get just a glass of water. It rotates easily to the side, where I can set the coffee pot on the counter and fill it. The spout is high enough to accomodate various sizes of drinking vessels. This model caught my eye while on one of the home improvement store websites, but it wouldn't reach my home before scheduled installation of the sink. Decided to see if Amazon carried the same model. They did and the price difference was only a dollar and could be shipped where it would be received before installation. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product. It goes very well with a stainless steel sink.

I needed a replacement faucet for my ispring RO system due to the fact that my faucet was leaking. I installed this faucet and couple days later the handle to turn on the water came loose. I emailed customer support for ispring which was on the box that the faucet came in. Let me just say the customer service is outstanding. I got in touch with Nick, who sent me a brand new faucet of no charge and also sent me a water bottle with the order. Ispring has treated me really well and i definitely will buy future products by them. I am very satisfisfied with the order the faucet was excellent no loose ends worked just as expected.

Our SRO water system faucet was older and antique looking and was provided by the SRO installers. Our house is new construction and we wanted things to match. We found these and they haven't disappointed. No trapped air, smooth flow every time. UPDATE: love our faucet, but needed a new chrome end and their customer service was excellent and had a new one out to us in no time. Great service...even after he sale!

I feel silly raving about a simple faucet but having installed several filter faucets, and creating new combinations of cuss words as I did so, I can appreciate the design of this one. These things go in very tight spaces. Sometimes there is not room for a basin wrench. This thing is simply plug and play. You still have to snug it up but that is so much easier while there is no tube leading to it. Push connect holds the rest of the entire reverse osmosis filter system together; no reason you can't use it on the faucet. I just haven't seen one do it before.

I purchased this faucet in Aug 2017 and installed it easily. The brushed nickel is attractive and looked nice with my other fixtures of a different brand. In Oct 2020 the faucet began to leak, so I emailed the company to ask about repair. A small gasket had split, and looked to be a simple fix. I was pleasantly surprised when Ispring offered to send me a new replacement faucet, even though my three-year warranty had expired! The replacement arrived within three days and installation was again a snap. The customer service rep Nick touched base with me to be sure all had gone well, and to answer a question I had about whether or not I needed to register as a new purchase. Talk about service! Don't hesitate on this product, or this company!
