**Update**I was able to tighten the union so that there is no more leak. I have to complement iSprings customer support for proactively reaching out and offering to make things correct.Just installed and the union between the two filters has a small leak coming from the threads leading into the second filter housing.

Not happy with the way this product was assembled. We had the filter installed by a plumber. Next day noticed a tiny leak coming from the pipe connecting the two housings. This is part of the unit, does not have anything to do with the installation. The plumber had to disconnect the entire unit to find and fix problem. When the unit was assembled at factory, hardly any teflon tape was used to seal plastic pipe threads. **UPDATE**iSpring Customer Service contacted me and reimbursed me for the plumbing expense to fix the leak. Great company!!
