We bought this system a few years ago. It was easy to install and immediately noticed the water quality improved and the nasty chlorine smell was gone. Few weeks ago the middle housing cracked. We called Ispring's customer service and Nick was so helpful and he informed us that we were past our warranty period but managed to get us a brand new system replacement. We are now again a happy customer in Rancho Cucamonga,Calif. and definitely would recommend this product and company.

This system is awesome. Very high quality nothing cheap about it. You get what you pay for. The filter bases when filled with water are very heavy so be sure and put them where you can get to them easily. Would definitely recommend a bucket under them while changing filters.

The hardest thing adout installing this was drilling the Foundation to mount it on the wall. Use plenty of teflon tape on the threads. Our water was nasty from the town and the neighbors don't drink water out of the tap without reverse osmosis or water softeners. It goes through our softener first then the ispring filter. There is no bad taste and we can drink out of any faucet without the taste and hurting stomach. Worth the little money invested.

Product description is different than model received. I received one sediment filter, one carbon blocker, and one manganese filter instead of receiving 2 carbon blockers and one sediment filter as described. They sent me the correct items according to the model number, but the item description was wrong on amazon. Now, I am purchasing a second carbon blocker because only one filter doesn’t sufficiently get rid of my chlorine. The levels are slightly lower but not within acceptable levels according to the test strips. I would probably be really stoked on this product if I had received what I thought I was purchasing. There is a difference in my water quality, so I believe it will work once I get the second carbon filter. I give it 3 stars since my experience wasn’t great.

This filter works wonders. My well water was almost brick red from rust with a terrible flavor. I purchased this filter and the water was dramatically better right away, and completely removed the bad flavor. It took a couple days to fully flush the waterlines from the iron residue, but once the lines were flushed the water came out crystal clear. The filter was very easy to install- only requires basic plumbing skills (cutting and gluing PVC pipe and fittings), and the instructions that come with it show a diagram if you need it. Overall, I spent about $50 on pipe and fittings to connect it. I also discovered iSpring has amazing customer service. I apparently got a defective iron filter when I purchased the filter, because after a month I started tasting the iron again. I contacted their support, and their customer support agent “Richard” was extremely helpful- after I described the issue and asked for trouble shooting advice, he went ahead and sent me a full replacement set of filters. It took less than 5 minutes to swap the old filters and we immediately had great tasting, clear water again. In the attached pictures, you can see the unfiltered water in my bathtub, and then side by side samples of unfiltered water, water after running through the filter for 10 minutes, and the water from 24 hrs later. Overall, I highly recommend this water filtration system

We were getting sick and had no cause. Tests showed our old water filtration system had failed. Our water was full of pathogens! What to do!!! Asked one of the foremost water experts on the East Coast, and he strongly recommended the iSpring 3-column system. Where he works, they have more than 30 of them deployed. Bought this unit, which our fabulous plumber installed, and now all the water in our house is triple-filtered. All our intestinal health issues cleared up in less than 3 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great price point, too.

I have had this filtration system on my home for the last 4-5 months and it has improved my water quality tremendously. Due to the recent weather and power outages here in Texas, I had some freeze problems that damaged my system. I reached out to the company to try and get some replacement parts and very quickly (within hrs) Brian with ispring was in touch. Let me be clear also, my problems are not covered by warranty and are not a result of any product failure. But Brian sent me the pieces I needed anyways. In my opinion that’s a testament to this company’s products and customer service. I could not be any happier with this company. Thanks again to Brian and iSpring

Very happy with the purchase of this whole house filtration system. Adam and the rest of the team were extremely helpful in the selection and installation of this system. Excellent quality construction, very straight forward DIY installation and excellent customer service. Within hours of being online, the difference in water quality was night and day.

Difficulty in getting the housing to stop a small leak on each end. I was afraid I might cause the assembly to crack from force in tightening. I had wrapped the Shark-Bite male fittings with multiple wraps of Teflon tape but still leaked. I finally used some OSI caulk that works on wet surfaces. After about two days, no further leaks. I also had purchased an ultraviolet light to go along with this assembly. No more high levels of iron or manganese from my water well.

I bought this filter as a replacement/upgrade the dinky "Smart Home" filters we had been using for years. I was considering many options and primarily researching "water softeners" when I discovered that a high Iron content in your water will degrade the performance of those systems. So I figured, I'll start here, get rid of the iron in the water (which incidentally I discovered ALSO may be the cause of skin irritations my wife has been suffering from that we conclusively traced to the quality of our water). While researching this unit I found a schematic showing it installed along with an "Electronic Descaler", the ED2000, which upon investigation looked like it may be the answer to my "water softner" search. ( I'm on a septic system, so RO was out of the question, I didn't want to deal w/ salt in a traditional WS, plus my basement is so tall I was over the max head height for the discharge on any unit I looked at, the resin bead "water softeners/descalers" i looked were also were hindered/ruined by high Iron...) So, I decided to get this filter (WGB32BM), and put a WSP-50 ( 50 micron sediment filter ) ahead of it to screen out bigger chunks of rust coming in from the street.. . and the ED2000 Descaler after it. I figured we'd start there and if my wife's skin was not helped enough we'd add a real water softener and I'd deal w/ salt, pumps, whatever.... I installed the ED2000 first because it was SO EASY, and the difference in the water was noticeable immediately. Then, I later installed the WGB32BM.... All I can say is WOW!!! I truly did not think it could make such a difference. It feels different when you shower, easier to get soap to lather, using less and it rinses easier. I tossed the filters in my Brita pitchers and just fill them from the tap now and just use them to keep water cold in fridge. I guess because the filters are sooo much bigger than the old ones my water pressure is WAY BETTER everywhere, but especially my shower and outdoor hose. During the installation I needed assistance and spoke with Nick, who was extremely helpful and courteous and REALLY helped me out! It's really nice to know there is someone you can call if you need help!!
