Water is so clean and clear that it tastes even better than bottled water. It has removed all of the metal, chlorine, and the sulfurous smell that used to plague our tap water. So impressed with this 3-stage system and want everyone to really consider this product.

I had some trouble with leaking at first, but they worked with me to get it right. Now, no leaks and great water! I did the install myself, and it took time with the learning curve. But even for a novice, a weekend for the water filter system and building a shed is a conservative estimate.

For me the system is a little bit tricky to install and it leaked after I put it up. I called the company and their customer service staff was really helpful and solved the problem - it turned out I overturned one of the blue housings and damaged the unit. They sent out the replacement right away. After a second try following all directions, it work perfectly fine with no leakings! I'm happy with the system, and more with the customer service.
