Hello All,Regarding the above product, at this point i cannot provide an actually product review as it will not be installed until september - but i am looking forward to seeing it in action. However what i can say about iSpring Customer service, one word - FANTASTIC! I have shipped the filter to the UK and was in contact with iSpring (Brain) to gain information etc, Brian could not do enough and has offered a huge amount of support for the installation time etc.Highly recommended!

I bought two of these when in installed my sprinkler system, one for the house side as a pre filter, and the other for the sprinkler to keep my sprinkler heads from plugging. We have a lot of iron and manganese in our water, so these helped. I originally bought the 50 micron version, but our water has a lot of junk in it, so i called the company and spoke with Nick, and he hooked me up with the 100 micron version so I'll give that a try! Thank you!

Replaced a similar style filter that was probably twenty years old. It was a breeze to install and setting up flush schedule was very easy. Discharge hose could be longer, but just bought several feet of 1/2 ID tubing to add to it.

The company that sells this product has the best customer service I have seen in my lifetime! This spin down filter is worth trying! Easy to install and excellent customer support. I would not hesitate to buy anything from this company again!

The only downside is that the plastic container does not screw easily to the brass opening. Plastic over metal threads easily jump and get damaged.

Living on well water. The water quailty in the country usually require loose micron for the first stages in filtration. However, this is the only one I could find with 50 microns. Ispring stand behind their customers. Their guide and customer service are really helpful.
