Setup is easy, directions are clear, and the water tastes great! Can't beat the price either. I questioned the water connections they use, having never seen them before, but connections were, literally, a snap and there were no leaks anywhere.

I ran a line to my fridge too, so I don't only have a tap at the sink for RO, but all my ice and the water tap in on the fridge are RO! Furthermore, even with the whole system under the sink and having a garbage disposal and I still have lots of space for storage.

I love this system. I have a whole house water softener that uses sodium chloride pellets to soften the water which leaves the water having a slightly salty taste to it. I've also noticed salt residue in ice trays and the drip tray on the refrigerator. The standard in-fridge filter just wasn't cutting it. I decided to connect the system to my refrigerator so I could have chilled drinking water and filtered water for the ice maker. This system has cleared all of that up and now I have great tasting water and ice out of the fridge. The installation was pretty straight forward but might be a little challenging for those not-so-handy people. A few tips on the installation... 1) Use PTFE tape on all the NPT fitting threads. 2) You might need to source your own mounting screws if you are going through a double-walled cabinet. Make sure to sure washers and lock washers to adequately distribute the load. 3) You might need to play around with the pressure in the pressure tank. Fortunately, there is a Schrader valve at the bottom of the tank to relieve pressure or add some via an air compressor and tire inflator chuck. Too little pressure and the water will flow very slow. To much pressure and the shutoff valve at the fridge may not close properly resulting in a lot of spilled water on the floor. Lastly, the customer service is on point. They are very responsive, within one day, to emails.

The filtering components fit perfectly between the disposal and the side of the cabinet and the water tank fits nicely on the opposite side with enough room left over for the things we wanted to put under the sink. A drill, screwdriver, and some hand wrenches is all you need.

I researched for almost 3 weeks before making a purchase, with price being the least important factor, even though this turned out to be one of the more economical ones. The unit was nicely packaged and good looking, even though it will be sitting under the sink. The quick connect tubing makes it extremely easy to install. The documentation is not up to date yet because the product is so new, but this is nothing to worry about as it is so easy to figure out the connection and doing the install, plus there are couple of videos on YouTube that can help ease any concern you may have. It does say to flush the tank once when full, but I found that you need to do it twice in order to get a clear water and get all the air out of the system. And now, it is working like a charm, excellent pressure, and the included faucet matches perfectly with my existing hardware. I did talk to Don about a piece I didn't know what it's for and he said it is a leak detection unit. He will send me instructions for the install which should take only a few minutes. Go figure, they've thought of everything! Highly recommend it if you are looking for a reverse osmosis under the sink filtration system.
