I have had this product for just over 4 years and it continues to work as well as it did when I bought it. One of the only issues I had (several years ago) was with the UV sterilizer overheating, but the product has since been redesigned to turn on and off with water flow, and they offered me a replacement part to bring mine up to speed. All in all this has been a reliable product that has moved with me from one house to another, allowing me to have good, clean drinking water available at home. I have noticed over the years that some reviewers on Amazon will review after they order or just after receiving a product, but then leave the rest of us in the dark as to how well the product withstands the test of time and extended use. Well, this product is still going strong after 4 years of regular use and if I had to do it all over... I would buy it again.

This is my first RO system, so I was unsure of how difficult the installation was. Based on other positive reviews, I decided to go for it and it worked out quite well. The most difficult part of the installation was to find the space under the sink for the water storage tank. I did have to call iSpring for a minor question, and they were very responsive and helpful.

Easy set up and water quality is great,water has a great taste as well,and leaves people wondering if we are serving Fiji or Evian at the house. I have 7 stage and really like the fact of having empty recycle bin at my house.

A very effective reverse osmosis system. I placed the unit in the basement near my water tank as it was easier to install there and to service. I have it had for more than a year now, and am extremely pleased with it. It did a great number on purifying my water. My arsenic level was a bit higher than what it should be, and this product did a great job in lowering that for me. That is the main reason for my purchase.

I don's see any use of the uv filter. I don't know why they sell a filter that does that.

Had coliform bacteria in my well water. I installed this under my sink and ran another test. My drinking water is now clear of coliform bacteria. I am happy with this purchase. It was not that hard to install. I am not a mechanically inclined person, and I installed this in a few hours.

It is just a few days away from having my iSpring system celebrate its 1 year anniversary at my home. It has work flawlessly and has the best tasting water. My family really enjoy it and it basically stopped us from buying bottled water. We have saved some old water bottles,wash them and fill with iSpring. Simple. It is important to just eyeball it and to change all filters when it is time. It was easy enough to install. To change filters is a bit tricky but that is only due to where mine is located and space tightness. I highly recommend iSpring systems, enjoy!

Very well designed, and very good install. I havent tasted the water yet as Im waiting for the tank to refill. I look forward to a chlorine and fluoride free drinking and cooking water.
