The instructions were GREAT, can't imagine something better. I really wanted a high quality system, but of course, I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg! This system is excellently priced, and it's quality just can't be beat! My kiddos are very picky, and won't drink tap water because of the awful taste. But they LOVE the water from this system!

i never did any plumbing work before but i am very handy so i thought id be ok with the directions. That glass of water tastes GREAT when filled the glass after flushing the tanks several times as instructed.

We will probably have this for the rest of our days since it has a great warranty and good construction. I accidentally broke a plastic shut off valve when handling the product, completely my fault. Called the customer service and they sent me one free of charge! Great customer service!
