Superior product. Item comes packaged professionally and with care. Every item is in its own protective sleeve and the directions are clear and concise. There is even a package of extra parts such as connectors and gaskets. The faucet comes in a cotton bag and it is a very nice faucet. I am very impressed with the quality of this product and anticipate years of clean pure water.

Easy installation, very pretty faucet that came with it ended up matching our regular faucet. Pure water without fluoride and chlorine, fits under the sink cabinet and still leaves a little room for storage . Had it for about a month now and seems to work great without any issues or leaks

Easy install. Didn't have to do much to tie it into our existing system. With the help of a friend we got it all set up in a couple hours. Set it up in our basement for easy access but still able to simply run the water upstairs to our main faucet. No under the sink hassle. No problems with water pressure, water volume, or water quality. Very happy. This sat in the box we bought it in for nearly a year thinking it would be a huge job to set it up. Finally just opened it and turned out to be really easy. Been enjoying the clean water for 2 months now. Wonderful.

It was easy to install and I was able to off the filtered side to supply filtered water to the water and ice maker on the refrigerator. Drilling into the sink to install the faucet was easy. Once I had all the parts needed to start and finish the install it took about an hour. The family and I really like drinking only that water because there is no weird tastes. We are very happy with it.

We installed this unit over the weekend and are quite impressed with the flavor of the water. We've been in our home which is on well water for over 15 years and have been buying bottled water all this time. I wish we had installed a filtration system a long time ago which would have saved us $25 a week in bottled water from Costco. The water that comes from this system is actually better tasting than the bottled water we have been buying! My husband had absolutely no trouble installing the system, he did it in less than 3 hours which included a trip to the local hardware store for a cap to plug the sprayer nozzle that came with the faucet. He installed the iSpring faucet into the location where the sprayer nozzle was so we didn't have to create any additional holes in our sink or counter. So far we are more than happy with our system and would highly recommend it to anyone.

iSpring gained a customer for life. The build quality was super. I knew it was going to be good just after taking the faucet out of the box. It was heavy and great quality. Some other major brands I've used in the past like Apex included cheap faucets. The other components were also of solid build. Not only that, iSpring offers dare I say super cheap replacement filters unlike other brands that charge almost the price of a new unit. $40 bucks for 7 filters is an incredible bargain.
